Overall, I loved this property and the staff, who were so helpful! Although it was further away from the center of London than I thought it would be, I really enjoyed my stay. I also took advantage of their spa services, which were excellent!

Great hotel and location.

Hotel is in a great location. Staff were friendly and hotel was clean. Was upgraded which was a bonus. The spa was good and again the staff were friendly. Only down side was that at the bar, we had to pay almost £20 for two pints of beer.
