Hotel is CLOSED and hotels.con is unaware

Hotel is CLOSED. Hotels.com did not notify us of this. They keep trying to contact the hotel to issue us a refund, but they don’t seem to realize that the hotel is CLOSED and their number has been disconnected. There are other reviews on this and other sites that can back this up.

Très bien situé en centre ville, jolie chambre propre. Bon rapport qualité prix. Personnel sympathique mais la réception un peu confuse. Nous devions partir très tôt, le portier de nuit Giuseppe nous a préparé le petit déjeuner a 5h du matin, c‘etait vraiment génial 👍. Lorsque la situation sanitaire ce sera améliorée un petit coup de peinture sera nécessaire pour mieux entretenir ce charmant hôtel

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro storico, edificio dall'aspetto storico. Camera standard con spazio sufficiente, qualche difficoltà a gestire i bagagli in poco spazio. Vista sul cortile delle colazioni. Aria condizionata regolabile solo tramite reception, non siamo riusciti a gestire l'aria dalla camera. Il bagno di dimensioni sufficienti ma la regolazione dell'acqua calda non funzionava. Una buona soluzione nel centro di Pisa, staff gentile, ma alcuni dettagli da migliorare.

Proximity to sights. Disappointed in scarcity of electrical outlets - had to move the kettle to the plug for TV. No coffee or milk in room for making a hot beverage. Just teabags and no spoon for mixing sugar. Room was very small but building was quaint. Breakfast food items were cold and toast took forever to toast and did not brown

Atmosfera famigliare con cura dei particolari negli addobbi natalizi, attenzione al cliente, posizione strategica per visitare il complesso monumentale e la mostra sul Futurismo a Palazzo Blu ed alle spalle della Normale di Pisa. Stanza non grande , ma gradevole. Da consigliare per piacevole breve soggiorno a Pisa

The rooms are dated - feels like you are in some eerie property - with burgundy carpets and old furniture The street is eerily dingy and in the middle of the night u will feel scared -for a few mins - and then will feel - oh this is actually quite OK! but a great loaction - literally round the corner from the Tower of Pisa That said, the rooms are clean

ピサの斜塔にある地域に近く静かな地域です。 バスタブがあって日本人には嬉しいと思います。 ポットがなかったのは残念でした。 朝食は口コミにマイナスイメージなことが書いてありましたが私は気になりませんでした。自家製のジャムやピクルス、オリーブは美味しかった！

good location

A/C didn't work until you contact the reception by phone/presencial. The problem was that it was cold and in order to increase the temperature of A/C i needed to call at reception desk. they helped me fast but after that i couldn't lower the temperature more than 25 degrees. if i tried to turn it off it was starting by itself. so i needed to call again at reception and they stop it. It's anoiyng to not be able to set the A/C at whatever temperature you want,
