Awful communication

This room was ok but we didn't get warning that they were turning the water off in the hotel the first morning we were there. We kept getting ants in our room and our 3 year old daughter was afraid of them.

Mein Mann und ich waren die einzigen Touristen. Mageres Frühstück, schlechter Service. Der Lift war abgestellt, wir mussten bis in die 2. Etage die Treppe benutzen. Kein Geld umtauschen möglich. Die Sanitäranlagen verottet. Papierabroller verostet, Badewanne grau vor Schmutz, die Beschichtung teilweise abgeblättert. Einen Tag ohne Wasser, zwei Tage nur kaltes Wasser, Fazit: Drei Tage kein Duschen. TV Empfang miserabel. Nicht noch einmal.

Bad hotel, bad stay ....

I had very bad experience in this hotel. In fact this hotel was very old, air conditionning didn't work at all, the equipments were very old. The stuff was doing his best but they could have done better. The food is just HORRIBLE !.

Dieses Hotel rausnehmen aus dem Angebot !!

Das ist kein Hotel sondern ein Drecks Loch wo selbst das Wasser beim duschen stinkt.Ich war 22 mal in Tunesien und kenne somit den Standart aber ich habe mich noch nie so geekelt zu schlafen oder eine Decke zu benutzen wie in diesem Hotel .Matratzen veranzt Handtücher stinken Bettzeug auch und nachts hat es geraschelt im Zimmer zu dem haben Betrunkene versucht meine Tür auf zu brechen ! Keine security !,Frühstück furchtbar Omlette verursacht Durchfall weil altes Öl benutzt wird .Kaffee mit sauerer Milch !! Bedienung unfreundlich Animation auch !Nie mehr dieses Hotel

Hôtel à déconseiller , accueil inexistant, ensemble du personnel froid à la limite de la correction , pour les repas il faut arriver au début du service car 1 heure après il manque des plats chauds et 1O mn avant la fin du service tout est enlevé et on vous chasse sans ménagement le personnel semble être présant par obligation seul très bon point : l 'équipe d'animation sympatique dévouée, compétante . L 'hôtel s'appel : LE Zénith et non Anais qui n'est pas connu . La plage, distante, petite manquant de chaises longues . Très déçu , à éviter .
