Almost perfect visit

Once I understood the keys use, it was easy to enter and exit. Excellent directions. The accommodations were outstanding. Spacious, clean, well organized space and a great location close to the railway and restaurants. The smoke alarm chirped my last night. Maintenance was unavailable to silence it. I had to pack up and change rooms. It was complicated because of how to safely keep my things in one apartment and getting new keys and exchanging the original keys at 10:00 pm.

Cute but not comfortable

Clean property for sure. Cute style and in a great area. But the bed was literally as hard as a rock. The couch was also super hard. It was one chair you could sit in that was semi-comfortable. We were there for six days so that was rough!

The only complaint is the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, but the area , the convenience to the hospital I was visiting and restaurants was great . I will definitely stay there again .

Great Couples PHX Getaway

Place was awesome, super clean and a lot more spacious than the picture showed. Only downside was the confusing nature of key pickup at first but we met some folks that helped us find the right info. Thanks for a great spot! Super close to some restaurants and a bar, 10 min from downtown. Will be back!

Rental was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. If you've not stayed at a place that does the non- desk check in, it's a little different. We were able to figure it out and got into our room just fine. Parking is in a parking garage at $15 a day. My one main wish was that more than one key be provided when renting properties with more than one room. One key made things a little difficult at times. I also wish parking was included.

I didn't like anything about it!! It was like renting a sleazy motel room. The walls were dirty, the mattress was like a brick, you could hear everything people were doing in other spaces, they didn't clean it good, the face clothes & towels were dingy. We stayed there overnight this past Wednesday & the only good thing that came out that was a full refund. They don't even have onsight assistance, it's horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're used to nice accommodations.

Great value!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. All the in room amenities like washer/dryer and full kitchen were amazing. Building amenities such as the gym and pool are great. It’s right next to a train line that goes into downtown. The value is great. The only thing that was inconvenient was the check in. Having to walk to the back of the building, through the underground parking lot, entering a door code, going up an elevator, entering another code to a key lock box, then heading over to my assigned suite, wasn’t fun. I’m not sure why they can’t just put the lock box at the front or side of the building and avoid the navigation they current have in place.
