It was a great journey, the resort is just perfect and fits all family ages, food was very good, resort staff was very supportive and smiling the whole time, internet connection dropped from time to time, i recommend this resort .

A MUST VIST RESORT

Had an amazing time celebrating my girrlfriends birthday. Staff are polite and courteous and the grounds are impeccably clean. I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and we shall definitely be returning in the near future.

Beautiful resort on the sea! We had a great stay at Cornelia. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were impeccable, the drinks were strong and the bars were stocked with good quality imported spirits. There was plenty of activities and entertainment and the entire resort was sparkling clean and well maintained. However the place is a little bit dated compared to other resorts we have been to and the food was just OK, nothing special Overall the atmosphere was very luxurious and very relaxing and I am happy to recommend this resort

The hotel and staff made this holiday, they were really helpful and we were lucky we were upgraded to a quieter area near the individual swim up pools, otherwise the rooms we’d paid extra for in the main building weren’t very nice at all and noisy I’d imagine. The food wasn’t that great, and the restaurant/buffet experience was a bit of a stressful, noisy melee, and it wasn’t the fault of the hotel, but you had to pay extra (£60 for the four of us) if you wanted to eat in the ‘á la carte’ restaurants which Expedia hadn’t pointed out to us!

Although rated as a 5 star, it’s no more than a 3 star. Biggest disappointment was the range of food, despite having various food themes, it’s very much based around beef. On the plus side the staff were very accommodating, the pools were amazing , the hotel was close to Balek shopping , but limited for eating out, summary - if you’re looking for a family holiday with an upgrade from butlins with amazing weather then it’s ideal

I recently stayed at Cornelia de luxe restore and what a blissful retreat and incredible experience it was . The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The accommodations were luxurious and immaculate. The dining options were diverse and delicious, especially the addictive Adana Kabab . The staff was attentive and went above and beyond. The Sauna , steam bath and” Turkish Hammam” were a haven of relaxation. The resort offered a range of activities for all interests. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable retreat.

Concierge lost my luggage, made me lose my flight

I arrived with my wife and toddler son after 12 hours journey to check-in to our booked Partial Sea View Room, the receptionist said our booking was upgraded to a junior suite but it is located outside the main building We thanked him and walked out to the suite which surprised us that it consists of 3 scales floor, connected to each other with 2 stairs, each one with 3 high-stoned steps which is really dangerous for our baby who is already mentioned within our booking with his age I called the reception and informed them of this and told that we really thank them again but we want to downgrade our booking to our pre-booked reservation, they said that they can not, and they upgraded our booking because they gave our room to someone else and this is what they have now and we have to stay at the suite! Few minutes later we found that the bed is broken, the staff said even if it is broken, we have to stay at the same suite until tomorrow at least because they don’t have any other option After a long discussion they found another one just few meters away! I insisted that it is still dangerous for my kid but the receptionist was rude enough to say this what we have, you can do whatever you want to! After talking to the management, we were moved to our booked room the next day. A room with two walls of hardened-glass pieces which transfers all the corridor light inside the room, requesting them to do something for 3 times, they covered it after I wrote it on a google review!
