Your family will be close to everything when staying in this space, with a central location and just a 10-minute walk from the train station.

You will be able to enjoy 3 bedrooms, one of which is a spacious bedroom with a full bathroom. There are two more bedrooms, a second full bathroom, a comfortable living room and a spacious, well-lit kitchen.

Enjoy local groceries or take advantage of the many restaurants located just around the corner. We recommend that you explore the village and enjoy delicious Portuguese cuisine in its romantic or casual settings.



CHECK-IN:

We strive to receive and check in our guests personally whenever possible, but this depends on the arrival time. If we are unable to check in personally, a self-check-in option via a safe is available at any time after the designated check-in time on your arrival date.

Rest assured that once settled in, you will find the apartment cosy and comfortable.

Late check-in (after 20:00 - €30; after 22:00 - €50)

Early check-in (between 10:30 and 12:00 - €50; between 12:00 and 15:00 - €30)

Late check-out (after noon - €30; after 15:00 - €50; after 17:00 - current nightly rate)

KEY LOSS RATE:

Please note that the loss of the key and/or the cost of changing locks will result in a charge of €200.



Please note that a tourist tax is applicable to all guests staying in Sintra. This tax is charged by the local municipality and must be paid in addition to the cost of accommodation. The tax is 2 euros per night and per person, for a maximum of 3 nights. Children under 13 years of age are exempt from this tax.



LOCAL ACCOMMODATION REGISTRATION:

To comply with local regulations, the apartment is registered with Tourism Portugal and is supervised by local authorities. We are obliged to inform the national authorities about the identity of all guests. Therefore, it will be necessary to complete the identity document or passport details of each person staying in the apartment, and this must be done through our online check-in before the check-in date. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated.



Any intermediate cleaning necessary or requested for stays between 8 and 28 days will have the same cost as the advertised final cleaning. For stays longer than 28 days, the law does not require any intermediate cleaning, but monthly cleaning with our service providers will be mandatory and will have the same cost as the final cleaning.



For stays of 28 days or more, water, electricity and gas costs are not included and will be charged to guests.



If pets are allowed, guests are not only responsible for compliance with existing community regulations, but also for the good condition of the property and for any damage caused by pets during their stay (for example, damage to furniture, carpets, clothing; urine or faeces odours, scratches or damage to wood and paint, etc.).
