Appartement en duplex au dernier étage.Très bien situé et à 10 mns à pieds des télécabines.Appartement propre, agréable et fonctionnel.Mme Merlot qui gère les arrivées et les départs est très sympathique et arrangeante ce qui est important pour nous qui normalement préférons la boîte à clés.L’appartement bien qu’agréable mériterait quand même d’être remis un peu au goût du jour car il tourne vraiment vieillot (flashback dans les années 90’ ).Une hotte et un four seraient les bienvenus …(même si il y a un micro ondes qui fait grill). Autrement nous étions ravis quand même de notre séjour.

La ubicación muy bien , la dueña simpática, pero el apartamento horrible , sucio, con arañas pero adultas, y chinches y polillas , parecía el arca de Noé . Aparte hemos comprado fregona y no tenía balletas de cocina para limpiar y en las normas del piso te sanciona con 50e si no limpias . Aunque creemos que hace tiempo que no se le ha quedado tan limpio. No nos lo a cobrado . Pero te dicen que limpies y lo tienes que limpiar con tu camiseta por qué no tiene los utensilios . gracias

Monsieur, votre commentaire est mensonger : Oui, dans ce type de location, il est demandé de faire le ménage au départ, ce qui permet de proposer des tarifs très abordables. Tout le matériel est à disposition pour cela, notamment des serpillères et un balai espagnol (aussi appelé balai à franges). Et non, ni les autres locataires ni moi-même n’avons jamais rencontré la faune que vous décrivez ! Tous les autres avis le montrent bien. Ce n’est pas parce que vous avez été contrarié d'avoir à rendre l'appartement propre qu’il faut être à ce point de mauvaise foi.

Nous avons passés une super semaine dans cet appartement. Très calme malgré la proximité du centre ville. Environ 15min a pied du télécabine. Très belle terrasse avec une superbe vue . Nous avons appréciés nos repas dehors au soleil. Ascenseur apprécié car appartement situé au 5eme étage. Espace réduit mais bien aménagé nous étions 4 mais pas de sensation d'être les uns sur les autres. Pour résumé très bon rapport qualité prix . Nous reviendrons très certainement passer des vacances ici. Merci

Bon séjour. Malgré la vétusté l appartement reste agréable. Prix excessif cependant. D autant que nous nous voyons facturés 57,60 euros SS savoir pourquoi ! 57,60 Frais de services voyageurs !!! Madame, comme échangé avec vous par texto, cet appartement se situe dans une résidence des années 80, a été partiellement rénové depuis et est très proprement entretenu. Le qualificatif de "vétuste" n'est pas du tout approprié. En outre le prix est tout à fait conforme au marché et n'a pas évolué depuis 5 ans. Comme sur toutes les plateformes, il y a des charges associées; celles d'Abritel sont justifiées compte tenue des garanties associées, et du sérieux des offres de logements proposées.

L'accueil est bien assuré par une dame très sympathique et très professionnelle. L'appartement est idéalement situé en plein centre ville, à une minute du casino et son parc, des thermes, du téléférique et du centre ville. Avec un accès facile au parking, dans une résidence très calme.
