Spring break with family

The location was the BEST. I have been going to Hilton Head for over 20 years and this was best location,right on the beach. Owners were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. Three generations together for Spring break. Wonderful.

Wonderful Condo

We had a great stay. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate. All cooking utensils and cookware provided, a drip coffee maker , as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Thank you Phyllis and we hope to be back again !

Clean three bedroom with fantastic view!

The apartment is clean, extra towels and linens provided, kitchen well stocked with everything you need to cook. Several well rated places to eat within walking distance. Bike rental was also walking distance. Close to everything! Perfect place to stay as just adults or with the kids.

It was wonderful!!

We had a fabulous stay at this resort. Phyllis was wonderful to work with!! It was easy and nice. The resort is a perfect location. We brought bikes but never took them out. We ate all but one meal in the condo, it was stocked perfectly. The beach was crowded, but that’s to be expected in June. The condo is comfortable and a perfect location on the property. We couldn’t ask for a better place!! We hope to go there again soon. Thanks!!

We traveled with parents grandparents and children 2,5,and 8. Location was perfect with pool, beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had everything we needed and 3 bathrooms are small but nice to have 3. Host was very responsive

Great Family Fall Break!

We had a great experience at Ocean One. I have stayed at many rental properties and this was the cleanest and most well stocked kitchen! The owners were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property and can't wait to go back to Hilton Head Island- hopefully Spring/summer of 2022!

This property is ideal in every way! It's exactly as is appears in the pictures online. Location could not be better, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Pool and grounds are very well maintained. Private beach access is only a few steps away as well. Owners couldn't have been any more helpful or kinder. We all would rent again!

The owner is excellent to work with and the condo was perfect, furnished just like you would want your own home to be or better, and you couldn’t ask for a better location , right on the beach and close to anything you could want. We loved the unit with the 2 Bedrooms up front with Balconies from each room. It lets lots of light in and you can look at the ocean and listen to the waves. Great size rooms and decorated Beautiful with Ocean colors and we loved the Lamps too! The kitchen has a good supply of pots and pans that are new and you can cook whatever you like when you want to stay there and enjoy the Ocean from the Balcony. RELAX, RECHARGE, ENJOY.

Can't wait to go back!

WOW is the word to describe this condo. The view is incredible and with outdoor grills we ate most of our meals looking at the ocean! The condo is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The owners are very nice and attentive. We have stayed here 8 times and a few times at the owner's other condo in this complex, also beautiful, and count down the days to return. So you know we love it! Thank you Phyllis and Jim for sharing this condo with us.
