Nice unit. Simple, tidy, updated. kitchen supplies, blanket and bathroom towels go without being a hodge podge of things. It was perfect for a family of three with a toddler. Shades were dark, room was cold, and had fan, bed ( mattress and linens was comfy)
Upon arrival, we were disappointed condo was on the 3rd floor (three flights of stairs) and we had to pay for overnight parking. The condo was lovely and comfortable. We were disappointed with the cleanliness, after opening the shades on door wall the slider windows had finger prints on them and there were spider webs and dead bugs on the floor. The other window sills were very dusty and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes and had a bad smell. Lastly the bed sheets were torn, but the bed was comfortable. Overall We were satisfied with our stay. The condo was located close to town and convenient to all TC has to offer.
We have stayed in the complex before so we're close nfidwnt we would be happy with location and amenities. Basically we had to find all the towels that were still in the dryer. The kitchen sink was backed up, my hubby fixed it. And the TV in the bedroom did not work properly. All in all good, but could use more attention to details.

The good first: newer condo, excellent location, close to downtown TC. The bad: condo was very musty and smelled like dirty socks. Limited amount of towels. Limited parking. Have to pay for parking the public parking structure.
I really enjoyed my stay, very clean great location. The condo is quiet I was able to work remotely during the day then walked to different places every evening for dinner. Bed was very comfortable, I did my laundry before heading back home at the end of the week. I also really enjoyed the balcony. I had no issues with parking, I parked in the small lot behind the building, it may have been so open since I was there during the week, kept my vehicle parked the whole time, walked to everything. Would certainly stay again! :)
This condo is in a great location - walk to everything. It was the perfect place for my husband and me on our recent trip to Traverse City. The only downside to this property is it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. We did not have any issues with this, but I could see where this could be a challenge for others with any type of special needs. The parking was not a problem for us. The parking garage is right next door, so if you needed it, it was easy.
Enjoyed our stay in this area again. Pleasant surprise was the famers market in the garage next to the complex. Parking is challenging and made a little more difficult without being able to park overnight in garage that hosts farmers market. Our car was towed to a municipal lot but not charged for the tow at least.
We had a week together as a couple in TC. The unit is conveniently located. Parking is adequate if a bit tricky. Overall, we would clearly come back to this condo.
Very clean and within walking distance to bars, restaurants and shopping. Would love to stay here again!

Great Location and well used space. Easy check in/out
I tried to contact the PM to discuss the concerns I am going to mention, but since he hasn't gotten in touch with me, it will be on this review. As soon as we entered the property it smelled like old garbage. We opened all of the windows to air it out. It was gone by day 2. The sheets on the bed smelled like wet dog. I noticed as soon as I got in bed at night and refused to sleep on them that night and slept on the couch. I was able to wash them the next day; however, the laundry soap had been terribly watered down. I think this is why they were not clean from before. Even after washing, we aired them out over the balcony b/c they still smelled. It was requested to throw towels and bedding in laundry before checking out, but I didn't because they need to buy new laundry soap if that is expected of the stayer. Also, one of the 3 vanity lights was burned out, and the exhaust fan didn't work. The shower was backing up (I was showering in an inch of water) under the square drain. We removed it to find it full of hair! The cabinet in front of the garbage was also dirty - Obvious things a good cleaning company would have noticed. The place itself was comfortable. Had some essentials like salt, pepper cooking oils, body wash, lotion - which was nice. I would stay here again if they get a new cleaning company.
This apartment is lovely. Check in was a breeze thanks to the key codes. The shower was wonderful and the bed is comfortable. However, the sheets were a little loose for my personal taste. The space was comfortable for hanging out and the kitchen was clean, organized and easy to cook in.
My only complaint is that our coffee maker was missing the basket and the toilet paper holder was broken. As soon as you touched it, it feel to the floor. You are not provided with a number to contact a manager. I sent an email and got no response.
A few days into our stay, I received an email from the manager with instructions for checkout with no acknowledgment of our request for assistance. If these issues were bigger, I do not know what we would have done. No one wants to spend their vacation worrying that they cannot get into contact with the property manager. I would be open to staying at this property again, but I would hope that this communication issue would be resolved.
I strongly recommend you provide a contact phone number in case of an emergency.
The condo was well stocked and very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. However, without an emergency contact number we would be in serious trouble if we were locked out and did not have the door codes, etc. Just an email address does not cut it if you have to wait 2 to 3 days for a response.
My husband, our 4mo old baby and I LOVED staying at this condo. It was the perfect size for us to settle in to. It was very clean, cozy, had all the amenities, and even had blackout curtains in the bedroom so the baby (and us) were able to sleep great. The location was also fantastic as we were able to make numerous walking trips to downtown TC throughout the day. We would highly recommend.
Super well-appointed, self checkin and parking as described and no hiccups. Great home base for that part of Michigan. They had a bullet for mixing smoothies! I’d bookmark this one.
We (my spouse and I) rented this unit for a weekend in TC. The location was perfect. We parked our car upon check in on Friday and didn't need it again until checkout on Sunday. The unit itself is very nice, clean, and new. The bed is comfortable. If mobility is a concern, be aware this apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator. Overall, we had a great time in Traverse City and this apartment suited our needs perfectly.
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful. The location was excellent as we were able to walk to many of the restaurants, bar, and shops in downtown Traverse City. Parking was Ok. There are not enough spaces for all the condos but as the owner indicated there was parking right next to the condo. IF you are a biker there were plenty of Bike Trails nearby, I would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Traverse City.
Thank you!
