Charming small apartment, ideal for 2 people in the residential area of Bregenz above the city center at the foot of the Pfänder mountain. Unobstructed view of Lake Constance and the medieval old town

Generous living space:
The apartment has a spacious living room in which the dining area can accommodate up to 6 people. The living room is so spacious that if necessary a mobile folding bed for a 3rd Person can be accommodated. A flat screen television with built-in DVD player is used for entertainment. An antique cupboard is used to store private items. The bright, large carpet on cotto tiles creates a cozy atmosphere; in winter, the underfloor heating increases comfort. Pictures of local artists and floor lamps complete the dignified decor.

Dormitory:
The bedroom contains a double bed in the standard dimensions 180x200cm and a storage rack for storing clothes and laundry. The bedroom is covered with a fitted carpet.

Small kitchen, new and furnished according to needs:
The small kitchen consists of a kitchenette with tall cupboards. Cooks appreciate the stove's modern ceramic hob, an oven with a grill function and an extractor. Microwave, toaster complete the equipment.

Bath:
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and vanity. The washing machine (Miele Softronic) is connected to the bathroom.
The cloakroom is located in the anteroom.

Outdoor seating:
In the warm season, a seat is set up in front of the apartment, from which guests can enjoy a wonderful view of the old town, the Martin tower and Lake Constance.

Absolutely quiet location of the apartment:
The house with the apartment is located on a low-traffic cul-de-sac.

Parking spot:
If you are arriving by car, it can be parked in a spacious public space that is only 15m away from the apartment. For loading activities (e.g. departure and arrival), the car can be parked in the parking lot in front of the house.

Lovely apartment- small but well equipped kitchen. Sofa bed in sitting room for our son which was perfectly comfortable. Bathroom fine. Sitting room very light and spacious with great views over the valley and towards the lake. Easy communication with the owners who were available to help if needed. Thank you for a lovely stay. The only thing to improve would have been the weather!!

This truly is a gem of a property. The photographs don't show how beautiful this place is. We had an outstanding stay. The people who own it are so friendly and welcoming. The property has everything you need. The facilities were immaculate, full kitchen, washing machine, WiFi was strong. The property is positioned in an ideal place for everything at a very short walk, approx 10mins to the beautiful town, and you hear no noise at the apartment from anything, except a small waterfall nearby. The town has plenty of restaurants and also a few bars at the front by the lake. Myself and my family was in total awe of the views that surrounded us. I will miss my morning tea with the view of the mountains of Austria. In the town you can hire an electric bike or standard bike which a lot of people have and there is a lot of bike paths for ease of traveling around. Very easy to get to Lindau along the bike path. From the apartment there is also the added bonus of being able to see the incredible sunset going down into the lake. Thank you for giving us the perfect place to stay and enjoy Bregenz and its beauty.

This is a lovely aprtment for 2 people. It has a well-equipped modern kitchen, a bathroom with a useful washing machine and a very good shower unit (note: no bath), a comfortable and cosy living room with dining table, sofa and armchair with foot stool,, and a bedroom with double bed. There is also a terrace with a small table suitable for two to have breakfast or drink a glass of wine in the evening. The view ffrom the terrace in charming. The location is near to town and takes about 7 minutes walk downhill from the apartment. The one thing to note is that the last 200 metres of the walk back from town involve two quite steep slopes.This may limit how amny times a day you want to go up and down to town by foot. We did not find this to be much of problem but having bad knees I tok the steep slope slowly (alternatively one could get a taxi; obviously there would be no issue for anyone with their own car and their is parking space at the apartment). The hosts, who live abover the aprtment, were charming and welcoming but left us alone to enjoy our stay in the lovely town of Bregenz which has excellent shops and restaurants, a wonderful music festival and easy access to boat trips on the lake and mountain walks.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt mit Geschäften und Museen, dennoch sehr ruhig. Man hört nur die Schafe und das rauschen des Bachs. Die Vermieter, die im gleichen Haus wohnen sind sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, auch für unsere regenreiche Woche angenehm. Die Küche - wir kochen gerne und gut - ist komplett eingerichtet. Hervorragende Lebensmittel, ins besondere Fisch aus dem Bodensee, gibt es mittwochs und freitags auf dem Markt.

Sehr schöne, saubere und toll gelegene Ferienwohnung

Unseren Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Wohnung haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung, alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Wohnung findet sich alles, was für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt wird. Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Autominuten von der Hauptverkehrsstraße und der Promenade entfernt, dennoch sehr ruhig und am Berg mit sehr eindrucksvollen Blick auf den Bodensee. Sehr zu empfehlen und immer wieder gerne.

Kurzes Bett und Matratze durchgelegen, daher leider nicht empfehlenswert

Eigentlich eine tolle FeWo, wäre da nicht das kurze Bett (nur 190 cm lang) und die durchgelegene Matratze (mit Kuhle). Wen die beiden Punkte nicht stören, dann ist es eine prima FeWo, weil alles andere passt.

Wir haben uns in der schöne Wohnung mit wunderbare Aussicht und angenehme Sitzplatz, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt soviel zu entdecken in und um Bregenz. Wir waren auf den Pfänder wo es schöne Wanderwegen gibt.Wir wanderten nach dem schönen Lindau, am See entlang und nahmen am Abend das Schiff nach Bregenz usw. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

Viel Natur und trotzdem gleich in der Stadt

Ruhige, geräumige Wohnung mit Vogelgezwitscher von früh bis abends. Herrliche Blumenbeete und wunderschöner Blick ins Grüne und auf die Dächer der Altstadt. Man fühlt sich wie auf dem Land und ist trotzdem in 10 Min. zu Fuß in der Stadt. Allerdings geht der Weg zur Wohnung ziemlich steil bergauf. Wenig Platz zum Sitzen im Freien, aber der See ist ja in der Nähe mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es ist alles da, was man für einen Urlaub braucht.

Die ideale Ferienwohnung in Bregenz

Wer für einen sehr erholsamen aktiven Urlaub in Bregenz eine Ferienwohnung sucht, der sollte diese idyllische Ruheinsel der sehr freundlichen Familie Tauber wählen. Man ist mit fünf bis zwölf Minuten Fußweg in der malerischen Oberstadtdirektor, an der Pfänderbergbahn (Talstation), am Bahnhof, an der Seepromenade, am Dampferanleger, an der Seebühne, an den Museen und so weiter. In der Unterstadt finden sich in wenigen Minuten empfehlenswerte kleine Restaurants, wie die L‘Antica Bottega oder der Küchentanz. Und der Einkauf für den täglichen Bedarf kann im Vorbeigehen erledigt werden. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht und das Auto kann eine lange Pause machen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt zu zweit sehr genießen können und wollen gerne wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter sagt Familie Heimann!

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt fast im Zentrum von Bregrenz, Fußgängerzone und Bodensee sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bis zum Skigebiet waren wir 20 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Man hat von der Terasse vor der Wohnung einen tollen Ausblick. Bei unserer Anreise hat alles sehr gut geklappt, selbst die späte Ankunft war kein Problem. Das Vermieterehepaar war sehr freundlich, gab nützliche Tipps und überhaupt sehr nett. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Super Ferienwohnung

Hier kann man sehr gut unterkomme. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Das letzte Stück zur Ferienwohnung ist zwar sehr steil, aber der Ausblick von der Terrasse entschädigt einen für alles.

Helle, ruhige, saubere, komfortable, für 2 Personen goßzügige und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Herrlicher Blick über einen schönen Garten bis hin zur Altstadt mit Stadtmauer, Martinsturm und Bodensee. Sicherer Parkplatz in der Nähe. Alles Wesentliche (Bahnhof, Bus, Bodensee, Pfänderstation, Einkauf) ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit etwas Glück weiden in Terrassennähe Schafe. Sehr gute Lage und nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt von Bregenz und trotzdem hat man Ruhe vor dem Publikumsverkehr der 30.000 Einwohner-Stadt. Von der Terrasse kann man den Bodensee bestaunen. Die Vermieter, Herr und Frau Tauber, sind sehr zuvorkommend und immer um unser Wohlergehen bemüht.

Ein Zuhause auf Zeit mit Traumblick

Die ruhige Ferienwohnung lässt es an nichts fehlen und ist für zwei Personen sehr großzügig dimensioniert. Der Blick über die Stadt lässt sich auch auf einer Terrasse genießen, viel Grün und das Rauschen eines Baches machen die Idylle perfekt. Das Stadzentrum und der Bodensee liegen sehr nah, ebenso der Hafenbahnhof. Am liebsten würden wir gleich wiederkommen.
