Excellent location and service!

Perfect location right on the beach and near to bars, shops and restaurants.  A great service provided from the Interhome office. We were there during the black out and outage. We received messages from the office checking that everything was ok. Special thanks to C. who arranged us a taxi to the airport in the early hours. Will certainly recommend thanks for a great stay!

Lage top, Rest ok

Der größte Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist die direkte Lage am Strand mit schönem Blick aufs Meer. Auch gut sind die zwei Schlafräume. Die Küche ist mehr schlecht als recht zusammengeschustert, leider ohne Geschirrspüler und was absolut fehlt ist ein Staubsauger. Man muss mit dem Handfeger sehr mühsam alles zusammenkehren. In der Beschreibung steht dass der Tiefgaragenplatz nur für kleine Autos ist, stimmt!! Mehr als ein Golf Kombi passt da nicht rein bzw. kann man gar nicht erst reinfahren

Mala Estancia

El apartamento entra un persona con llave sin preguntar a interhome si estan los clientes 3 copas 3 tazas pocos cubiertos todo minimo 2 dias si ascensor el parking donde la plaza de garaje lleno de agua en fin un poco deprimente

Una ubicación excelente!! El piso es pequeño pero perfecto para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. Con todo lo necesario. Fuimos 4 La cercanía a la playa y las vistas al mar dan la vida. Nuestras vacaciones fueron perfectas. Los peques encantados.

mooi app. maar geen wifi, geen int.tv.

erg mooi gelegen app.prachtig strand/zeezicht, helaas was de wifi niet in orde, werkte satelliet tv ontvanger niet, kon de douchekop (in het gladde bad) alleen op standje recht vooruit, zat er geen stop in de gootsteen en was er ook geen afwasbakje, kortom het zou een geweldig app. zijn wanneer Interhome vooraf een betere controle zou uitvoeren, na melden van de klacht is alles wel verholpen. Op het balkon stonden 3stoelen voor een 4pers. app.

Aire acondicionado y check in

El apartamento muy bien, pero el aire acondicionado estaba dentro del balcón y no se podía utilizar cuando tienes el aire encendido, y sobre el horario de entrada y salida señalar que la entrada la tienes a las 16 horas que te dan las llaves y hasta que llegás al apartamento ya son las 17, el día de salida has de ir a entregar las llaves a las 10 del la mañana,no me parece justo yo pago días enteros y al final no disfruto de un día casi por la entrada-salida, me parece más justo la salida a 12

Cosas que mejorar

En general bien, lo mejor la ubicación, tener la playa a dos pasos es una gran ventaja. Lo que hay que mejorar, las camas, más menaje de cocina, y mejorar los armarios de la cocina, los cables del router y demás cosas en la habitación de los niños no da ninguna confianza, pero por lo demás hemos estado muy bien, y Calpe nunca falla, un abrazo.

El apartamento está genial, bien equipado, unas bonitas vistas y una excelente ubicación, la entrada delantera sale directamente a el paseo marítimo y la trasera a zona donde hay dos supermercados. El punto negativo, la piscina es muy pequeña.

Todo muy bien

Hemos disfrutado de la estancia ya que es un piso en primera línea cerca supermercados, restaurantes, tiendas. No hemos necesitado el coche en toda la estancia. Todo perfecto. Gracias
