Enjoy the best time of the year in a central but quiet location in the middle of the Chiemgau mountains and lakes here in Inzell near the Kreuzfelder.
We are the ideal starting point for hikes, cross-country skiing, swimming fun, bike tours and much more.
In keeping with this, you will receive the Chiemgau Card free of charge, with which you can use many activities and facilities free of charge.
The spa park, bathing park, bus station, shops, restaurants and cross-country ski trails can be reached on foot in just a few minutes.
The apartment Zwiesel includes the entire 2nd floor. Towels, tea towels, bed linen are provided and are changed as needed.
Flat screen and stereo with CD player are available in all apartments.
Travel cot and high chair can be borrowed on request.
Free parking directly at the house. No reservation required.

Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber war unschlagbar! Wir waren erst spät angekommen. Familie Maier verpflegte uns mit einem Bierchen und schlug eine Pizzabestellung vor. Und zur Abreise bekamen wir einen Shuttle-Service zum Bahnhof. Wir wurden so herzlich aufgenommen, es war einfach nur super.

Rustikales Erlebnis

Nach einer sehr herzlichen & freundlichen Begrüßung mussten wir dennoch feststellen, dass die Räumlichkeiten, nach unseren Geschmack, ein Müh zu "Rustikal" und "Dunkel" waren - die Fotos der Räumlichkeiten wirken heller/freundlicher. Die Einrichtung ist in manchen Räumen doch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bäder sind neu und modern ausgestattet - das zweite Bad ist aber, auch für kleinere Leute, sehr klein in Größe und Raumhöhe. Das "Kinderzimmer" (Einzelschlafplatz) ist zugleich begehbarer Kleiderschrank. Die Küche könnte eine Mikrowelle beinhalten. Wie in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben, ist die Wohnung, gerade das zweite Schlafzimmer (das mit dem TV), nichts für große Leute, da diese in das Bett nicht passen würden (Fußende mit Begrenzung) und auch sonst stets mit den Balken/Schrägen zusammenstoßen. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, wie ein Edeka, Bäcker, Restaurants und Fleischer sind innerhalb von Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein Parkplatz ist gleich neben dem Objekt vorhanden. Der Ort bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten, diesen zu Fuß zu erkunden, in einer herrlichen Kullisse. Die Chiemgau-Karte hat unserer Meinung nach, keinen so großen Mehrwert (abgesehen vom Dorftransfer mit dem Bus), da weiter entfernte Ziele wie Berchtesgaden, Schönau (Königssee) damit nicht zu erreichen sind. Dennoch ist sehr positiv zu erwähnen, dass die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht ist. Im Kelleraufgang werden Bier und nicht alkoholische Getränke gegen kleines Entgeld bereitgestellt. Kritik haben wir also, und das ist Geschmackssache, nur an der, in unseren Augen, etwas "rustikalen" Einrichtung. Wir sagen Danke.

schöner Urlaub mit großartigen Vermietern

Sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht. Direkt mega vertrauensvolle Vermieter mit nettem Kontakt und Empfehlungen für Ausflüge. Ob Chiemsee, Berchtesgaden, Panorama Straße, Salzburg oder ähnliches ist alles um die Ecke und leicht erreichbar. Wir sind mega zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Sommerurlaub

Sehr schöne und große Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr nette Vermieter. Große Leute könnten jedoch in der Küche Probleme bekommen (Dachschräge). Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt trotz teilweise sehr schlechten Wetters sehr genossen.

Schönes Haus in toller Lage. Wohnung im Dach, daher keine Aussicht aus den Schlafzimmern (Dachfenster). Große Leute müssen sich häufiger mal ducken.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in Inzell. Sehr gepflegtes Haus. Alles vorhanden was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in wundervoller Umgebung

Bei der Ferienwohnung stimmte alles. Die großzügige Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, der Blick vom Balkon geht in die wunderschöne Bergwelt. Obwohl in einer ruhigen Straße gelegen, ist das Zentrum Inzells und somit Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig schnell erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Haus der Familie Maier. Die Wohnung war groß genug für 6 Personen , sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Das Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen. Wir würden die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. LG Barbara Schmitz

Herzliche Gastgeber, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig, sauber

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war auch im heißen Sommer kühl, so direkt unterm Dach nicht selbstverständlich. Allerdings waren die Matratzen für uns zu hart. Die Dachschräge sorgte für so manches Kopfanstoßen, selbst bei den Kindern. Alles sauber. Die Kinder haben es genossen in 3 Minuten in einem tollen Naturfreibad zu sein, dass für unsere Verhältnisse nie wirklich voll war und dass in den Sommerferien.... da ich relativ viel selbst gekocht habe, habe ich das eine oder andere in der Küche vermisst. In dem Fall immer an Christl wenden, die dann ruckzuck das Fehlende aufstockt.
