Why they chose this property
My family and I lived on this property for over 10 years and we really love the area. This is a very quiet location in a country setting. There is a 40 amp, level 2 car charger is on site and this is included in the price of the rental. There is an orange tree in the backyard, please help yourself if the oranges are in season. Sometimes there are cows visiting along back fence line, don't worry they are friendly.
What makes this property unique
This studio is a great place to hide out and let the rest of the world move on without you! Its quiet, its country, its fun! Rainy afternoons are nice sitting in the carport listening to the sounds of nature.
