The cleaning was the only problem, besides that everything was perfect. The lady in the front desk is so sweet and very professional. I really liked the city sad so I had to leave sooner.

Love the apartment style of the accommodations but there was an incident where we had to call the nonemergency police number to finally get to sleep. It's at times like this, we missed not having an active reception at the hotel. Only other comment there wasn't enough dishes nor cover for the pots to cook.

This is far the best hotel with a suite that we ever stayed at. We are relocating from South Fl to Ocala and unfortunately stayed at two roach infested hotels and were literary traumatized. Heather was simply amazing and accommodated our every need. We are happy to stay here 2 weeks to a month until we find out new home. I love the top of the line appliances, excellent bathroom with hot water, plenty of towels, super comfortable beds and soft bedding. I couldn't ask for more. The only improvement would be to have more storage/closet space and it would be great to have a pocket door between living space/kitchen and bedroom. However overall this is A plus facility. They also have a wonderful courtyard and meadow near bye that is so peaceful and my dog has been enjoying daily walks and nicely set up doggie station. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else in the area. Heather is simply the best!
