Loved the countryside setting, only got a tiny bit of highway noise. Made friends with the horses right away, and Callie (the cat) came by for regular pets. Super convenient if you want an egg or two, no need to buy a dozen, the chickens produce daily - a great perk. The drive to Bryce was an easy one, only a few turns, and 65mph most of the way. Stop at Losee Canyon for a hike without people, we only saw one person the whole morning. A cool arch, some windows, and of course the views! The cabin is tiny, deceiving from the outside. You only get the middle section. It was fine for the two of us. There are no closets, so we lived out of our suitcases, and the table was used for storing articles, backpacks, etc. The twin beds upstairs are against a slanted wall, would be ok for kids, but adults may have issues with the cramped space. I opted for the pull-out sleeper sofa downstairs, to avoid stairs in the night, although the motion sensored lights helped a bunch. It was the MOST COMFORTABLE pull out I have ever slept on! Felt like a regular bed. We didn’t spend much time inside, most days were exploring Bryce Canyon. The 3 hr horseback ride is the way to see it all! My favorite part. The owners and dog were on vacation, so we missed meeting them, but the family that filled in were welcoming & friendly. I loved chatting with Hallie & Everly, two very sweet, cute cowgirls. 🥰 If you like the country, animals, and away from people, don’t hesitate, book it now, no regrets!

Great location near Bryce Canyon! We enjoyed being on the ranch, star gazing, and enjoying the Jessie (very friendly Labrador Retriever. The cats and horses were also fun. Watched the field above and saw a Pronghorn grazing. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful rural location that is convenient to Bryce, but relaxed and away from the crowds. The compact cabin was perfect for a pair of grandparents with school-age grandchild, and we cooked almost all our meals there. While the grandson enjoyed Bryce, what he talks about most to his parents is the experiences at the Barn: checking out the chickens, playing with the dog and cats, and fishing and skipping stones in the pond. It was great to get to share this ranch experience with him. The host was welcoming and very responsive to our few questions; made us feel like visiting friends. Many thanks for a terrific stay!

Staying here is “good for the soul.” It’s quiet, the scenery is beautiful, and the stargazing was incredible. Jesse and Cali, the owners dog and cat also paid us a few visits which made our days more special. We were about 10 minutes from a grocery store and we were able to cook and eat out on the cabin porch and enjoy the view. The cabin was as described and everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed this place and hope to come back soon! Also, Bryce is a short drive away! Do yourself a favor and book it!

Cozy and Comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Barn. The hosts were very hospitable, and friendly. The homemade cookies were a nice surprise, and so good! The location was super handy for our trips to Bryce Canyon. We bought groceries at a market in nearby Panguitch and fixed breakfast and dinner in the kitchenette. We had such a lovely time!

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-night stay at the Barn in early August. It was impeccably clean, which is super important to us - we didn't see one cobweb or bug while we were there. The space is beautifully decorated, the beds very comfortable, and we loved taking our meals on the porch looking out over the landscape and far off cliffs. The quiet was blissful. And being only 25 minutes from Bryce, the location was perfect for us. We got up both mornings while it was still dark and drove over to watch the sunrise over the hoodoos. Highly recommend that! And most highly recommend this wonderful place.

Beautiful Setting, Attractive Western Decor

This chic, rustic barn is just as advertised & in a very picturesque setting within 20-25 minutes of Bryce. It was very clean & comfortable. The bedroom (1 queen & 2 twins) is on the 2nd floor & bathroom is on the 1st floor. There are some wall hooks downstairs for clothes but no closets (we made due -- not a big deal).

Fire pit and beautiful views!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this remote cabin/barn! The views were breathtaking, and we couldn't get enough of the peaceful, cozy atmosphere. The cabin was spotless—extremely clean and thoughtfully set up for comfort. Our hosts were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making us feel right at home.We loved the animals on the property, especially the horses and Jesse, the cutest dog who made our mornings extra special. The location was perfect for our adventures to Bryce Canyon and Zion—so close yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time.We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back! A perfect spot for relaxation and exploration.

Beautiful Quiet Country View

We had a wonderful stay at the Barn. The place is cozy and quaint but suited the needs of our family of four just perfect. The decor of the Barn is fantastic. Coffee on the porch in the morning and star gazing at night was spectacular. Nice easy drive to Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park’s. The owners are super friendly and even left us cookies! A definite bonus was meeting their puppy Jesse. Would highly recommend.
