Completely renovated studio - a coach house on a lot with another house. New kitchen, new bathroom, new floor, new furniture, freshly painted. Fantastic location in a quiet and beautiful Granada neighborhood, just a mile to Siesta Key, short distance to downtown, Southside Village, many restaurants and Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Sleeps 4: 1 queen bed + 1 sofa sleeper.
