In the heart of old town (Vieux Nice), an authentic Nice apartment with modern comfort to rent for holidays. 2-5 persons comfortably on 55m2, but can sleep 6. Plenty of natural light due to large windows and a high ceiling, south facing 'Rue Préfècture' with a magnificent view on a little church tower. Tiled all-over.
Everything on your doorstep: bakery, restaurants, bars, market and the beach. Situated on 3rd floor, no lift, wide staircase easy to walk up. Free Wi-Fi, deposit safe, HD TV, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, etc. Baby cot/chair available. Include linen and towels.

Great location right in the heart of Old Nice. As expected it was bit cramped for a family of 4, but with an old style charm and cozy enough to look past the close quarters. The apartment was very clean and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

The apartment is a charming, welcoming spot right in the heart of Vieille Nice. It was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. We had a small issue with the toilet in the primary bedroom, but the host responded quickly and took care of it right away.A note for summer travelers: I stayed during the last week of August, and there was some late‑night street noise. It was a hot week, so we kept the windows open, which made it more noticeable. Being on the 3rd floor, the sound tends to echo a bit.Also, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and accessed by 63 steps that become more uneven as you go up. Definitely choose your luggage with that in mind.

We enjoyed our stay at Frank’s apartment in old Nice. The apartment is small, but charming, clean, and conveniently located. Be prepared to carry luggage from the taxi drop-off point at least a couple streets away, and climb lots of stairs to get up to the apartment. The sleeping areas are located away from the windows so there isn’t much light, but also not much street noise (the crowds can get loud at night). There are 2 showers but one of them is super tiny. We visited with our 1 year-old so we appreciated that there was a crib and booster seat/high chair for us to use. The dishwasher and laundry machines were also a big plus. Last but certainly not least, Frank was a great host, super friendly and responsive.

Frank is a truly wonderful host. He was so very helpful both at check in and out despite me having issues with our arrival time the day off. The apartment was very clean, looked just like in the photos. It had lots of fans (which we really appreciated as it was as very hot the days we were in Nice), and Mama-me appreciated the coffee maker & good coffee! The apartment is perfectly central in old town Nice, we didn’t hear any noise (for a city apt I though it was very quiet actually), it’s one tiny street away from the main pedestrian route and a little higher off the street. There are a few little grocery stores and a ton of restaurants, Gelaterias and shopping in the area. There were absolutely no issues and the 4 of us had plenty of space in the apartment. Thank you for everything Frank! I hope we’ll be back again soon, maybe this time by plane instead ;)

NICE family holiday

Really enjoyed our stay in Nice. Location is fantastic, everything is on your doorstep. The owner sent us lots of information on things to do etc. and was incredibly helpful.

Myself and two of my friends stayed here and this unit was perfect for our needs! Some things to consider however: it is directly in Old Town, which is a UNESCO protected area, so you’re a 5-10 minute walk to transit; not even taxis or ride shares can enter. We went over Bastille Day & the World Cup, and it was LOUD throughout the night with people wandering the streets. It was hot, so we had to have the windows and shutters open for airflow, which made hearing the random shouts and hollering unavoidable. Also, as the description states, it’s up A LOT of stairs and the handrails don’t feel fully secure; if you’re a drinker and plan to return a bit tipsy, be careful. Other than those things, one huge pro was that this unit had the best water pressure and hot water availability of any unit I’ve stayed in when in Europe. Frank was great to work with, very responsive and friendly. And FYI, my travel mates ran out of room in their luggage and ended up leaving their beach towels behind, so we hope all future guests of this unit enjoy them! You’ll need them for the large stone beach!

Our stay in Nice was amazing! The location was perfect—walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Frank, the owner, was incredibly helpful with his recommendations and made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Group trip

Went here as a getaway with friends. Had an amazing stay it was perfectly located just by beach and town and gorgeous squares. The communication was great and checking in was really easy, the apartment was also just as described and well maintained.

This is a very cute base for a short stay in Nice, probably slightly too small for 6 adults but when you're not spending too much time 'at home' that doesn't really matter. We enjoyed its authenticity and charm and fresh coffee...

Amazing location in the heart of Old Nice, everything we needed for our stay was less than a 10 minute walk. Great functional apartment, but could benefit from some TLC, that said I would stay again.

Everything was great, it was warm inside without air conditioning. It was also hard to sleep with the windows open because of the heat and noise from outside. The location was perfect though.

Best VRBO ever

My friends and I stayed at Frank’s place for a few days and had the best time! It is the cutest and most authentic stay with a great location right in the heart of Old Town. Frank is super responsive and does a really great job making the entire process run very seamlessly. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely, charming, & comfortable

We loved our stay in this apartment. It reflected the mood and feel of Nice in the lovely colors, design, and location in Old Town Nice. Lots of activity and views out the windows and walking distance from anything one would want to explore while in Nice. Communication with owner was excellent. We would love to return someday.
