Dog friendly with a fully fenced in backyard & Weber grill. Three private bedrooms and one sunroom den allows this home to sleep 8 guests. Upgraded bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Perfect location on IOP, 8 minutes to Sullivan's Island, 10 minutes to Mt Pleasant and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. Solo fire pit in the back yard .

Beach Access- less than 2 blocks, paved sidewalk and boardwalk all the way to the dunes

You may purchase your own fire wood at the Harris tetter on the island.
