This classic single-level mountain home is perfectly situated on a peak whereby from the front porch there are awesome views of Grandfather Mountain and from the rear deck there are spectacular views of the John's River Gorge as well as the Village of Blowing Rock!

The main level boasts a large living room with exposed beam, cathedral ceiling, an enormous decorative fireplace , cable TV, plenty of comfortable seating, and bay windows bringing the front and rear mountain views right into the room. The dining area is located near the rear bay window, and the fully-equipped kitchen opens into the living room as well. Behind the kitchen are a large master suite with King-sized bed, cable TV, and private bathroom with shower, and a suite with two twin beds and private bathroom with tub and shower. On the other side of the living room behind the massive fireplace are a large gameroom with pool table and two twin beds, and another master suite with queen bed and private bathroom with shower.

Off the front side of the living room is an open porch with Grandfather views and off the rear side of the living room is an open deck with complete privacy and coveted views of the Gorge, patio furniture and a gas grill.

Downstairs is a double-car garage. There is also a large grassed-in yard to explore and stroll around while taking in the sights and sounds of the mountains. In the backyard there is a stone barbeque grill and large granite table for dining outdoors.

This beautiful home is conveniently located in Blowing Rock next to Westglow Resort & Spa and Rowland's restaurant just 3 miles from Main Street and 2 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. Here you will be in a convenient location to experience all the High Country has to offer while enjoying the peace and tranquility surrounding this wonderful home.

Additional notes:
-Please note that the fireplace is currently ornamental. Fires can not be lit in the home.
- Pet friendly for up to two (2) mature, well-trained, small dogs 20 pounds or less. Pet fee is $25/nt per pet. Dogs must be crated if left alone in the house. Dogs must also be on a leash when outdoors.
- All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers. Towels and linens will be provided
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
- Check in is after 4pm and check out is by 10am
- Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
- No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
- Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
- No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
