My wife and I totally loved this rental. Located a block and a half away from the sponge fishing docks and all the restaurants and shopping. All the local neighbours were very friendly and would stop and chat when we were sat out on the front porch. House and kitchen was fully equipped. Even had a beach umbrella and chairs to use. Only a couple of blocks to access the Pinellas trail so we could use our bikes regularly. So sad to leave!

Incredibly happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay! Hope to have you back again soon.
Kitchen had no baking dishes for cooking. For long stays a crockpot would be appreciated. Nice size kitchen and easy to work in. Loved our stay. So close to the sponge docks and lots of restaurants.
Check-in was easy. The coolness of the home was refreshing after a long hot drive. The kitchen was adequately outfitted and I especially appreciated the dog bowls because I left mine at home.
Beautiful older home nestled in the heart of a great little Greek community. Located only doors away from the start of the shops that make up the Tarpon Sponge Docks. Pet friendly accomodations are hard to come by this was a perfect place not just for us, but also pup.
We found the property to be very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed being able to walk to many different restaurants from this location. The owner was very responsive when we reached out.
This was our first stay in Tarpon Springs, the house is located very close to downtown. There are some minor things inside the home which needed attention but overall we were pleased. Great location, spacious and clean. We would stay here again!
It was the perfect fit for my sisters and I. It was just blocks away from bakeries, restaurants, shopping, history and excursions. It was definitely a memory making experience.
We are returning guests! Loved the house and location. Walked to different restaurants every evening and enjoyed shopping in the stores. We will definitely choose this house as a rental property in the future!
What an amazing house to stay in, everything that is needed for my stay was in the home. George was a wonderful host and I emailed him twice and each time, the quickest and nicest response. I did not need as much room as the house provided, but I fell in love with it and the location. I was so happy with my choice... Book this home!
My husband and I spent 3 weeks at this property. It was clean and spacious. Location was in walking distance to many activities. Many good restaurants. Short driving distance to beaches, hiking snd boating. We enjoyed reading on the front and back porches. Would definitely stay there again.

So happy you enjoyed your stay and thank you for being great guests!
We loved this house in Tarpon Springs and enjoyed almost six weeks there. The house was fantastic, fine kitchen, comfortable furniture, comfortable bedding and even a pile of blankets to warm up under.
From this house, anything you want is walkable and it’s all delicious. The host was very helpful and responsive. We would stay again!
Exactly as described on VRBO, this great house is close to everything in the heart of Tarpon Springs. Ample parking if you have more than one car and a short walk to the sponge docks and many great restaurants around the docks, on Alt 19, or on Tarpon Ave. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Highly recommend this property. It is at the top of our list for future visits to Tarpon Springs.

So happy that you enjoyed your stay and you are welcome back anytime.
We totally enjoyed our stay. The home was large, bright and airy. The living room and dining room were connected and open. The two bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfy. There was a 3rd sleeping area off of the kitchen. There was a large front porch with a nice seating area. The kitchen was large and updated. The home is a short walk to the sponge docks and great restaurants. Would highly recommend this home.
The location of this lovely bungalow could not have been more convenient. It is just a short stroll to the Sponge Docks and fabulous restaurants.
The front porch was inviting and the renovations done on the home made it cozy and warm. The floors are beautiful!
The owner was so very accommodating and quick to respond. The restaurant suggestions offered were fabulous!
We would absolutely recommend this home.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The house in and of itself was very comfortable as a layout as well as convenient to walk around for dining. As for cleanliness, it was not cleaned prior to us going nor was the owner aware of what his property management company did for it. No extra pair of sheets or towels for a week stay for a 5 member family.

Photos speak for themselves with regard to what the home offers which is everything. There’s a large mirror in the bathroom. Not sure where else to put mirrors? Shelves? TV instructions are on VRBO. 150 cable channels, music channels and movies. Guest never said there was an issue. I would've shown them how to use the remote. The street is a quaint, one lane, historic street in a neighborhood area. Not sure where the noise issue was. Thank you for your input but wish you would have communicated with me. Guest communicated that heater went out and I had it fixed in a couple hours. No other issues were communicated. Communication is key.
The neighborhood is excellent. The location is prime. You can walk to restaurants and shops. Their are beaches in all directions. The only negative would be the shower. It is difficult to get in and out of. It also has a shower hose that you have to hold while you wash. It was difficult and not very enjoyable. Everything else was perfect. We loved our stay. Again, the only thing I would change would be the shower.
Excellent location. However sheet not on bed and washing machine had things in the dryer and was broken. As mentioned by others shower was problematic, hard to hold soap and sprayer at the same time. Could use a shelf. Elderly would have a difficult time with it.

Very sorry you had issues with the washing machine. It was checked upon your departure and is in perfect working condition. We feel the shower is accurately described as this is a historically preserved home. Again very sorry your particular stay was not as enjoyable as possible.
