Grants Pass perfect home.

We loved everything about this house. We were in Grants Pass for my nephews wedding. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The house was very quiet and had a great floor plan which let my husband do some work while still being part of the visiting with relatives. The primary bedroom had the most comfortable bed and we slept great.

My husband, dog, and I stayed here for a long 4 day weekend. We found the townhome to be very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly to us, clean. The home is very well appointed and nicely decorated. We loved all the natural light. The yard was perfect for our little dog, and the proximity to downtown was so convenient. The bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and we loved the high ceilings and large windows with the river view. Traffic can be heard from both the master and front bedroom probably due to the 199 overpass over the river being quite close, but it did not bother us. I would suggest putting some hooks in the master bedroom and bathroom to hang clothes, etc. We used the front bedroom as our closet and luggage storage since there is no closet in the master bedroom. A delightful stay and highly recommend. We hope to stay here again during our next visit to Grants Pass.

We were very disappointed in this house. It was not clean. The bathtub in the front was dirty. There were cobwebs in the light above the dining table. The top of the fridge was full of dust. There were jelly beans on the floor by the couch . There was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and we had 6 people. Only 1 wine glass.. dust bunnies on the kitchen floor. We will not be staying here again.

The place was very nice just wish they had a place to put clothes out of your suitcase. Drawers in master were full of blankets and linens and only closet upstairs.

Great Property

Grants Pass Getaway

Wedding Trip

Beautiful location, river running by the backyard. Clean and well thought of floor plan, open. I highly recommend making reservations here in Grants Pass, Oregon.

Booked this property as it was close to the wedding venue that my daughter was getting married. Beautiful, tasteful home with a very well stocked kitchen. Wish we had more time just to enjoy the home!

Beautiful property, just like the photos. Luxurious comfortable bedding in all rooms. Great fully stocked kitchen. Gayle was very responsive and gave some great tips for what we should do. We loved it!

Great place!

Happy to say it looked exactly like the pictures! We stayed for a week in early October...it was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the bedding and towels were great quality, the yard provided abundant seating and a fire pit! The river is right outside the backyard, but you have to be standing at the fence to see it. It's close to everything, including the charming Historic District.

Beautiful well-appointed Duplex

Very comfortable and spacious with lovely outdoor area. Our dearly departed little dog would have loved it! Quite a bit of road noise in front bedroom (esp Friday & Saturday nights which I suspect were teens street racing) but otherwise very quiet. Plenty of room for visiting family to enjoy a meal or 2. Would stay there again. Host was easy to reach by text although we didn't have any need to contact her.

Amazing find

The property is nicely decorated and the bed was incredibly comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. We were only 2 people, but the space is huge! It was a great place to stay and explore the Rogue River area. We felt pampered in this beautiful home.

Great house

The house was great and we enjoyed our stay! The house was well stocked and very clean. Our only two issues were that the dryer did not work - We were told we could go across the way and use her son's dryer, but we felt awkward doing that so we just air dried our clothes. Also, there is no door on the bedroom behind the loft so it is just open to the loft which is obviously open to the main living area - this does make it difficult to put kids to bed. Our toddler would complain about the light and not want to go to sleep since the rest of us were awake. We have young twins as well, which are used to sleeping in a dark room so we put their cribs in the master bathroom since the rest of the rooms got a lot of sunlight through the sheer curtains. Not a big deal, as this will be an issue with a lot of rentals, just mentioning it here incase others are traveling with babies - this was a good option since the master bathroom was big enough to put 2 pack n plays in. We would stay here again if traveling to the area again.

Beautiful, serene, and comfortable.

The unit is beautifully decorated, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the setting is quiet, safe, and lovely. The bed and bathroom linens are plush, pretty, and comfortable. I would recommend this without reservation.
