Great place to spend Labor Day Weekend for boating, swimming, and fishing. The house was spacious and plenty of room for our family. The view of the lake was awesome!

Peaceful stay with a great view

Serene and comfortable

Enjoyed our stay. Our kids popped in. The property is older but well maintained. Beautiful view and serene area. The property manager was responsive and wonderful to work with.

Truly enjoyed our stay with our family and friends. The beach area was the perfect spot to fish off the dock and beach our boat and jet skis. The large fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. He enjoyed the beach just as much as the kids. House was clean and accommodating for the 9 of us. Plenty of room to spread out to eat and enjoy the sunsets on the back porch. Definitely recommend and would come again.

Beautiful Sunsets

We needed a vacation location close to our home so we could travel back and forth to feed our daughters show animals. This home fit perfectly for us, and allowed us to bring our pups with us. There are a few neighbors close, but it still feels very private which we enjoy.

Paradise Cove

We had an amazing time. The house is lovely. We didn't want for anything. The view of the cove and lake are breathtaking. We had so much fun fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sitting on the beach, and watching the sunsets. We definitely recommend this as a getaway. Looking forward to booking again and bringing our adult kids.

Great experience

This was a very nice rental property on a beautiful lake. We enjoyed our stay. Renting a pontoon boat a couple of days, definitely a plus. Nice fenced back your for our furry family members. Rebecca our host, was exceptionally helpful. Overall, very relaxing vacation experience. Although we try to experience different places, we would highly consider booking this property again.

Family Fun

View was awesome! I’d give 10 stars if I could. House had all the things you need from cooking utensils to kayaks! Rebecca was an excellent host… always helpful and kind. We will definitely stay again if they’ll have us.

Had a great time

check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed/expected in the house. The house was cleaned and well equipped. Loved the screened in porch as well as the water being right there. our 5 year old loved playing in the water and my niece and nephew enjoyed the kayaks the outside shower was great to get the sand off before entering the house. We especially loved the early morning visits from the neighborhood alligator. We would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil and relaxing

The Lake House is a wonderful location to retreat from a typically hectic 50 hour work week for some rest and relaxation. The home is older, but extremely clean and furnished beautifully. The rooms are large and the kitchen is well furnished. Having a private beach and dock is amazing. I recommend the Crooked Bass for a delicious meal. We did travel to Lake Wales to tour Bok Gardens which is not far away. I would highly recommend The Lake House for a quiet getaway or a family gathering. Loved it!

Thanksgiving 2021

This property was exactly what we were looking for. We rented it to have our children and grandchildren under one roof for Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed fishing off the dock. Our grandchildren (2 & 4) loved playing in the sand and in the water. The property was very clean and presents just as it does in the listing. The owners were easy to reach with questions. The perfect getaway spot. Definitely would stay again.
