Life in the Villa!

The property was so clean and homey! We really enjoyed our stay! Hot Springs Village is the largest gated community in the US - we didn’t know that before going, but it made the experience really cool! The whole area is quiet, well kept, and very nature-y! It was just a short drive to hot springs national park.

Great location for event at the Hot Springs Village Center

Really enjoyed our stay. We came for the Hot Spring Village Bridge Tournament and the property was less than 1 mile from the center, allowing us to run back to get lunch. The location and backyard were fantastic, lots of wildlife and nature. I will consider coming back in the warmer months to enjoy more in the area.

Nice and quiet home

Nice area, a lot of room, with everything you could need staying away from home. My family and I were there for a week. The kitchen has all the supplies you need as far cooking (pots, silverware, plates, cups, cooking utensils). We loved seeing the chipmunk, ducks and geese. We would stay here again.

Serene and Beautiful location

Three of us stayed at this beautiful house on the lake and had a very peaceful and fun time. The house is really close to the Coronado Tennis Center (5 minutes away) where we were playing. When we were "home" we watched duck babies, geese babies and chipmunks in the back yard. It was lovely.

Very quaint

This location was very nice very calm quiet I love that. It was at the end of the townhouses and not in the middle. I love that the townhouses were also divided by a garage so it really cuts down on if there was any noises next-door we would never have known Very peaceful neighborhood. I love the lake view. It may have been a small section of the lake, but very quiet it’s very peaceful. I loved watching the ducks and a little chipmunks around the area as well. I cannot wait to stay at this place again.

We had more people coming than we could handle at our house. Found this condo right on our Lake Balboa. It’s a three minute drive from our house. It’s right on the lake. Also very well appointed and clean. We’ll definitely use it again when we need more space for visitors.
