This is a very well-located apartment. It’s on the 7th floor of the building, and if you look out the window – you’ll be amazed by the view. It’s yet another perfect location from Caleta Homes: this time, by choosing the Muelle Uno Studio, we stayed right by the Muelle Uno promenade and at the same time just next to Malagueta Beach. It was only a short walk to the heart of the old town. If, like us, you choose this place – trust me, you’ll feel comfortable and at ease here. The cleverly hidden kitchenette makes it easy to prepare a meal if you’re not in the mood to eat out. It’s another property from this host that we’ve tried and another one that didn’t disappoint. The Caleta Homes team is always just a message away – always in touch and ready to help. I felt, once again, wonderfully and thoughtfully taken care of. This apartment doesn’t use a key code – you need to collect the key from the office, but that’s not an issue. In fact, it’s a pleasure – because it gives you the chance to meet a real person, and they truly are great people. (By the way: Cristina – it was such a pleasure to see you in person! :))

El piso está fantástico, de hecho las fotos no le hacen justicia. Toda la casa está volcada al mar, con la posibilidad de abrir toda la terraza y disfrutar del mar como si estuvieras en él. La casa está completamente nueva y muy limpia. La zona en la que está la casa tiene todo tipo de comercios y servicios. Muy recomendable el restaurante los delfines que está justo debajo y que permite pedir comida a llevar a casa. Farmacias, supermercados... y por su supuesto el paseo marítimo de la malagueta y el muelle uno a tiro de piedra. Realmente recomendable. El trato de Reme genial. Seguro que repetiremos!!

La estancia en este piso ha sido inmejorable. Excelente ubicación, tranquilidad, espacioso, cuidando todos los detalles, vamos que nos ha encantado y no dudaremos en repetir pronto! La propietaria, muy detallista y pendiente de que todo estuviese a nuestro gusto, un encanto!
