Clean & well kept

One of the cleanest and well kept properties I have ever stayed at through VRBO. Check in and out was simple, great deck over the lake. Had we stayed longer, would have taken advantage of the “chef’s kitchen. Will try to stay again here next year. Easily accommodates 6 adults another 0-4 kids.

Great Stay… Could be better.

Beautiful property in a terrific neighborhood, close to Downtown and the track. The house is well-decorated and comfortable, with a great deck overlooking the lake. It worked well for our family of six adults and twin infants. Cleanliness was the only issue… some of the furniture in the master suite had a thick layer of dust, the bathroom cabinet next to the sink had toothpaste marks and other debris on it, and the towels in the master bath were bad… threadbare and tattered, with washclothes badly stained with makep. We did not notice problems with the other bedrooms.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. Really clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Had everything extra we might need. Can swim off of dock. Long way up the hill to take out garbage though. It was really nice

Beautiful Home on a Quiet Cove

This is our third stay at this absolutely beautiful home. It has everything you could possibly want and lots of room. We love the location on a quiet cove on the lake is just perfect.

A Lovely Property

We have stayed at this property numerous times over the past three years. It is a lovely, spacious home located in a quiet cove on Lake Hamilton. It has been beautifully decorated and has seating and dining space for large groups.

A great stay on the lake

The perfect layout for our family! Every couple had a bedroom, and the kids had their own room at the end of the house with 8 bunk beds. The furnishings were nice. Plenty of bathrooms. A very nice house.

Mini Vacation

Hood over oven needed cleaning badly. None of the back doors lock! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with cookware and tableware. Bathrooms were amazing! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice little piece of property

Our family meets every year at hot springs. We’ve rented about 8 different lake houses on lake Hamilton. We even got married at one. This house was definitely top 3. It had everything we needed. Neighbors were nice. Dock was decent. AC was awesome. The showers were great! I can’t think of a reason why we wouldn’t rent here again. The driveway is steep but there is parking up top if you aren’t comfortable. Beautiful place. Thanks for having us.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time, spent most of the day on the dock swimming and reading. There were only two of us but could accommodate many more if you wanted. Nice large deck and lawn area. Grill is great for eating outside. Perfect for a lakeside retreat!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as the description in the listing. Very spacious rooms with everything we needed. There aren't TVs in the bedrooms but the beds are very comfortable. The house does have several steps inside and out if you have any mobility problems. We had a great time and the dock was very convenient for boating!

Incredible Lake Hamilton Lake House

This beautiful water front home absolutely exceeded our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and views of the lake from every room! The kitchen is a Chef’s dream and with that grill and Viking appliances it was simply amazing! The fenced in yard was a bonus with two toddlers under 4! The bathrooms are gorgeous and the beds are so comfortable! We can’t wait to stay in this beautiful home again it was perfect for our Spring Break getaway! Joe & Michelle, Dallas TX

Very Spacious

Tons of room for a large or multiple families. The kitchen is very well stocked, including a nice Keurig that can brew a pot. The neighborhood is very safe and scenic views of the lake out the back are wonderful. The beds are comfortable. A large ice maker was available. TVs in each bedroom was nice for kids and adults. Large driveway with plenty of parking. Beautiful finishes. It would be nice if someone went around with a screw driver and tightened a few handles and such. There were a fair amount of cobwebs throughout "the corners". The back patio is showing its age. Visitors prior to us had apparently broken some of the trim of the bunk-bed room and numerous nightlights were crooked and didn't work. It was almost a hazard for my kids. The manager confirmed they were aware of the issue and it would be fixed soon. Hopefully it will be for your stay. Overall it was very nice and I recommend this as a pleasant get-away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hot Springs.

Fall

We had a wonderful stay until we were loading the pontoon and we were walking down the stone stairs .The second step has a stone missing! My daughter stepped on the edge where the stone SHOULD BE!!! She fell down the rest of the steps and tore her arm up, injuring her ankle and twisting her knee. .Ruined her vacation and mine because I had to take care of her.No first aid kit. Made a call to management and was told they couldn’t help us. We definitely need a do over . It’s been 3 weeks and she has scarring and redness .

Girls Weekend

109 Summertime Terrace is a beautiful home. Cozy and just right for a weekend get away for a girls weekend or family weekend. Would definitely rent this house again!

The Summertime Bay neighborhood is a very quiet and serene neighborhood located about 1 mile off of Central Avenue. Unlike many other lake neighborhoods, the houses in this neighborhood are not on top of each other, making for a peaceful, secluded stay. The house is on a street that is very calm, safe, and hardly any cars what-so-ever. This house is within only a short driving distance to all that Hot Springs has to offer!
