Welcome to your Southern California desert retreat. Villa de la Paz is a beautiful 2 bedroom condo located inside the gates of Mission Hills Country Club. Situated on the Dinah Shore Tournament Course where the 3rd, 4th, and 5th fairways converge, the golfer among you will love the easy access to some of the world's top-ranked professional courses; everyone in your group will feel right at home in the comfortably sophisticated interiors, modern amenities and picturesque location beneath the San Jacinto Mountains.

You enter the property through a private courtyard. As you step through the front door your shoulders relax and a calmness washes over you because your vacation has truly begun. The tile floors feel cool against your feet as you are drawn past the kitchen through the great room and out to the private patio. The retractable striped awning, similar to the one you saw pictured in a Mediterranean travel guide, offers plenty of shade during the day but doesn't obstruct the views from inside the great room. The mature plants are in full bloom and attract a family of hummingbirds as the sun slowly falls behind the San Jacinto Mountains. This is the best time of day as the sky is alive with vibrant oranges, reds, pinks, and purples. The heated swimming pool and large hot tub are just 30 paces from your patio's gate.

You turn back inside and head to the bar to top off your glass before heading into the remodeled gourmet kitchen to prepare something to eat. Whether you are cooking for just yourself and a significant other or preparing a feast for five of your closest friends, you'll find every tool and utensil needed to create a treat any chef would be envious of...not to mention plenty of silverware, plate ware, and a dining table large enough on which to serve. If you prefer cooking al fresco, a new propane BBQ grill is located just outside the kitchen sliders. The front courtyard is furnished with a cafe table and chairs making it the perfect place to enjoy your coffee on those lazy Sunday mornings.

After dinner, you move into the great room. The focus of which is the dramatic fireplace that climbs 20 feet into the pitch of the cathedral ceiling. The overstuffed furniture beckons you to settle in, unwind and enjoy hours of conversation and entertainment. You've retracted the awning and find solace in the beauty of the night sky or you've decided to find a new movie to watch on the large flat-screen Smart TV.

The large master suite, anchored by a luxuriously dressed king-sized bed, in the afternoon swims with natural light that flows through a large picture window. Outside the window sits a bucolic expanse of fairway greens with the San Jacinto Mountains serving as the backdrop. There is a new ROKU Smart TV to watch as you drift off to sleep.

The Master Bathroom has just been updated to allow for the ideal personal-spa experience. There is a large dressing room, split down the middle by a large double-sided mirror. On one side is a wall of closets, a single vanity with plenty of drawers to store your toiletries. The other side is a mirror image plus a place to sit to apply makeup. There is also a large tub that gets a lot of natural light, perfect for a bubble bath or a quick shower. Let the pampering begin!

The second bedroom is a similarly relaxing retreat. It offers a king-sized bed done up in high-quality linens, as well as an enormous closet, and a large ROKU Smart TV. Its light and airy energy make for truly restorative slumber. There is a sliding glass door leading out to the front courtyard, allowing for a private entrance for any unexpected overnight guests. The second full bath is located just outside the guest bedroom door.

This property has a washer and dryer as well as a large 2 car garage as well as dedicated golf cart parking for your use (golf cart not included). Mission Hills Country Club is a private community with 24-hour security guarded gates, 5 tournament golf courses, 2 racquet clubs, a world-renown croquet club, pickleball courts, countless swimming pools, and a Westin Resort. Taking a morning stroll around the award-winning landscaped grounds is a perfect way to begin any day. And situated in the middle of all the places you'd want to visit in the Palm Springs area, this is the perfect environment to spend with family and friends and create memories to last a lifetime.

Your health and comfort are our top priorities. In light of the global pandemic, Greenday Vacation Rentals has taken the necessary steps to stop the spread of COVID-19, including self-check-in with the help of smart locks and tablet guides; adding disposable face masks, gloves, and disinfecting agents to the long list of amenities included in the rental; following the cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing guidelines published by the CDC; and every member of the Greenday Team has been vaccinated. That is to say when the day comes and it's time for you to check out you will feel rested, energized, and healthier than on the day you arrived.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
A. Payment: An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required at the time of reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the rent. Alternative payment options can be arranged by request. The BALANCE OF RENT is due sixty (60) days before your arrival date.
B. Cancellations of Reservations: A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur a $300.00 cancellation fee and will have all other payments refunded. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and reservation deposit.

Very Good Experience
Dan and the Greenday team were quick to respond and were very helpful answering our questions. Easy check in and out process. Property was in a great location easily accessible to basically everywhere. Would definitely recommend Greenday to anyone.

Very Good Experience
We had an excellent time during our stay at Villa de la Paz. The unit was comfortable and had everything we needed to set up home. We did buy a juicer for all the free grapefruits in the area. Mission Hills is a good central location to get around the Valley from. The Greenday team was very responsive to any of our needs from them which wasn't a lot. They respected our privacy. We're looking forward to our return visit.

Problems
Discovered that your cleaning people are doing a disservice to you, and therefore not COVID safe! 1. Floors were filthy. After picking a cricket in the kitchen floor of day 1 or two, I used a damp towel and the floor was not washed for a long time. 2. In both bathrooms in the corner of the tub and shower there was two ugly either from or leak and it could of had bugs in them. 3. Dead bugs under entry that could be missed, and other places in the house. 4. No waste can bags. 5. Bathroom rugs missing, and it took 3 days to get same. 6. Light to garage door has so many bugs that the light does show through, but working. 7. Serving bowls and serving dishes missing. The house is very welcoming, and very comfortable. We would consider renting again if we needed more space.
