PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM STAY RESTRICTION FOR CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.

Two level, three bedroom Penthouse with rooftop terrace and outdoor seating area. Spacious lounges, contemporary décor and furnishings with well-equipped kitchens, quality beds and bed linen and powerful showers ensure that your stay with us will be an enjoyable experience.

This beautiful 3 bedroom has a main bathroom with bath/shower and there is an ensuite with shower and sauna. It has 2 double bedrooms and a twin room and we can put in a futon / travel bed for a 7th guest. ***No elevator/Lift***

It is our pleasure to ensure that every guest need is catered for in our apartments and penthouses, of which each has its own hall door and hallway or lobby.

Penthouse Facilities: Wi-Fi, hall on lower level leading to main bedroom with Double Bed and bathroom with sauna, second and third bedroom with Double or twin Beds each, separate bathroom, bed linen and towels, hairdryer, staircase leading to upper floor, sitting Room with working fireplace, plasma TV, dining area and separate kitchen with integrated appliances, fridge, washer/dryer machine, dishwasher, microwave and hob/cooker and all utensils, roof top sun terrace.

Complimentary starter pack in each suite apartment on arrival, this includes all tea, coffee, sugar, cereal, milk and juice.

CITY ATTRACTIONS: What a perfect place to stay and be within a few minutes from some of Dublin’s amazing places of interest to visit. Take a stroll out the front door of the apartment and step straight into The National Museum on Kildare street, with its very fine collection of Iron Age, Bronze Age early Roman, and Viking Artefacts amongst some of its collection. The National Gallery of Ireland on Merrion Square which has many of the great masters represented in thousands of paintings and drawings as well as sculptures, on weekends there is an amazing selection of Artists and their work displayed around the park from time to time, what a lovely way to spend a weekend afternoon.

There are many walking tours of the city available and we are happy to help you with recommendations.

There are so many beautiful places to see in this vibrant and busy city and all within a short distance from the apartment, which makes us the perfect place to make your “Home from Home” while visiting Dublin.

Depending on whether you stay in a Penthouse or Apartment, facilities may vary.

Location: Just a minutes’ walk from the famous shopping area of Grafton Street, located in one of Dublin's most exclusive and central locations, within a few minutes of a selection of fine restaurants of all tastes, shops and some of Dublin's famous traditional pubs. Temple Bar is only a ten-minute walk from your front door.

For the business client we are centrally located to Government Buildings, banks, professional offices, stockbrokers and the well known financial district of the IFSC is only a short walk over the River Liffey.

Whether you are in the City on business or pleasure, we certainly offer a superb quiet place to relax and make it your home from home, and yet minutes from the center of activity in this lively City.

Getting around
Close by is the breathtaking Trinity College and a must-see is its Library and Book of Kells. A short walk away you will find Dublin’s cultural and creative quarter Temple Bar, with some of Dublin’s best night spots and restaurants.

There are a number of Art Galleries close by and Dublin Castle and the Chester Beatty Library home to an outstanding collection of books including many paintings. Take a stroll a little further onto Patrick Street and you will find St. Patrick’s Cathedral it is worth a visit as well as Marsh’s Library on St. Patrick’s Close, this is Irelands oldest public library.

A little further Guinness Storehouse with its 250 years of Guinness history in its 7-storey visitor’s experience and a 360-degree view of Dublin from the Gravity Bar.

Secure limited parking available. Car park spaces are allocated at the time of booking. In the case where we have no spaces, we offer overnight parking from 6 pm to 10.30 am in the Dawson car park located across the road.

PS: There are different units in the building all with the same configuration, standard, size & amenities; however, some may have different furniture. You will be allocated any one of the available units.

Perfect Place

5 adults stayed quite comfortably for 6 nights and there was plenty of room to entertain local family as well. Central location to fantastic food, shopping and Dublin nightlife fun! Museums, Trinity College and St Patrick’s Cathedral all within walking distance. This place is awesome.

Wonderful location and property!

Awesome location. Very clean and well kept property. Everything we needed was provided. The staff was very responsive. The parking facility was perfect. The property was showing a bit of wear. We stayed six nights and we were extremely pleased and comfortable.

Fun location

Great location! We were late getting there due to car trouble. We had trouble getting a hold of the check in lady but it was late, she was super nice and helpful! Walking distance from all the touristy things, close to food and shopping too

Great location!

We enjoyed a wonderful week with the convenient location in the heart of Dublin. This apartment is close to many restaurants, pubs and mass transit, which we used a lot to make our way around the city. Elaine and Riona were very helpful with questions. The weather was warm for Ireland and the apartment is the top floor, so did get warm while we were out, but cooled off very quickly the lovely cross breeze through the windows of the common area. The best thing about this apartment is the location! We didn’t get a car, used aircoach to and from the airport, and the Lau and buses all around the city.

Great location but need a little TLC

This property is in a great location, central to everything, but yet on a nice and quiet street. The property is a little run down, for example, upon arrival the lamp in one of the bathrooms fell from the ceiling and broke on the bathroom floor. This was quickly fixed the next day, but it was a bit scary. There are holes on the wall left from moving blinds,etc, that have not been repaired. The toilets didn't flush well and required multiple flushes or a bucket of water to actually flush. The apartment has no AC, which was not much of a problem, but the bedding provided a thick duvet, so it was impossible to feel comfortable at night, you were either too hot or too cold. There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs. Having said all that, the location of this appartment was great and made up for all the negatives.

Amazing stay near Trinity College and St. Stephens Green

The area was perfect - situated between Trinity College and St. Stephens Green, very near Grafton Street. We walked all over the city without a problem. The rental property was clean and comfortable. Easy to communicate with the onsite owner/manager. Would highly recommend this property!

Fabulous property - location, location, location!

Rare and amazing property in the heart of Dublin. Best location, tons of space (for a family of 6), and lovely outdoor terrace with views of Dublin rooftops! Staff were also great and super accommodating. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!
