Welcome to Nashville! One of the most centrally located houses in East Nashville, this place is less than 3 blocks to Publix, Starbucks, Once Upon A Time In France, Pearl Diver, The Wash, Corner Deli, and much more! This home is super walkable and has a surprisingly private feel.

This quaint home is a great place to stay when you are exploring all the city has to offer.
Clean, modern, and open, you'll find this spot the perfect home base during your trip to Nashville. Whether you're here for the culture or homestyle cuisine, our stay is all you need!

Fully furnished and designed with your experience in mind, our home is the perfect place to rest after a day of exploration or stay in with loved ones to enjoy vibrant comfort and an outdoor spacious backyard.

Great place close to everything in downtown Nashville.

Great stay!!

Great little 2 bedroom. Location is great for an easy trip downtown or to the stadium. AC really helped with that Nashville heat. Nice yard for the dog. Quiet neighborhood( even with traffic). Add the great rate and its an awesome booking. Thanks

Great bungalow!

Great little bungalow with off street parking. The beds were super comfy...the house has everything you could need! Nice backyard area to relax in too! Would definitely stay again if we come back to Nashville...quick Lyft ride to Broadway to enjoy the music and restaurants

Cute house

Very cute home, easy to find. The owner has stocked the house up pretty well and even left us cold drinks in the fridge which was awesome finding after a concert.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. The property was the perfect size for our group of 5. The location is also great if you're not afraid to ride the bus. The #56 bus was a 10 minute journey that took us straight to down town. The property is also close to a Grocery Store and many restaurants. You won't regret staying here!

Welcoming property!

We were very impressed with Erik’s responsiveness and how welcoming this property was! It was clean and prepared for our arrival. We were able to find things to do within walking distance and downtown was just a short Uber away. Definitely a must when considering a Nashville stay!

Nice location, cute house!

We had a wonderful stay. We were scared at first by only one bathroom, but with the extra mirrors in the bedrooms it worked out fine. There was a goodie bag for us, but there was nothing in it. Not sure what happened, but we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Fantastic stay in East Nashville!

We so enjoyed Erik's home. It was the perfect spot for a girls weekend for 3 in Nashville. Eric provided everything we needed including a welcome basket. Lots of books and games that we enjoyed looking through. We had a couple of questions regarding the house and Eric responded immediately and answered/solved everything for us. The location was ideal for all of our touring in Nashville and visiting with my daughter in East Nashville. Look forward to our next stay here...would highly recommend!

Best Girls Trip Ever!

We came from Canada to experience Nashville for the first time and this property made it the perfect introduction! We were greeted with an easy check in process and generous gift bag filled with goodies. The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean and we felt safe the whole time. Location was great as there were many amenities within walking distance. Beds were comfy and more than enough space for all of us. The host was responsive and helpful and made the whole process stress free and easy! We had so much fun in Nashville and this property was all part of the experience. Would return and 10/10 recommend to others! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Cool spot

Great property. Neighborhood is a little sketch but getting a good makeover. A lot of positives about this place, would definitely stay there again. Only negative was when I asked about a possible early check in, I was told $15 for every hour before 4pm. Not a big deal, just a first for me and I use VRBO at least twice a month for work trips. Also, I have vacation rentals myself and will always allow free early check in if the property is vacant. Finally, the dryer was full of stuff that needed to be folded. Small things, overall, this is a great place for the price.

Amazing property!

We had the best time at this location. The house was super clean, stocked with everything needed and more! The location was so close to everything. We used Uber to go to Broadway and it was only $8 for the ride, and only about 5 minutes away. We will stay here again for sure! Thanks, Erik!

Wonderful little gem!

My adult children and I stayed here for an event we went to at the opry. Great location for mid way between Broadway fun and Opryland. Uber rides were never more than $12. Hit up snooze when you are there! We had the best time! Small and cozy with lots of little touches of home. Thanks!

Don’t judge a book by its cover

When we pulled up I thought we were in trouble…then we walked in. The inside of this place is totally renovated and great!! Host was responsive in answering my questions and easy to deal with, even left a guest basket for us. We would definitely stay here again!! Easy trip to broadway (like 5 minutes) also.

Excellent Location

The house is in a fabulous location in East Nash. We barely used our car because we could walk to trendy bars and restaurants. The property is as described and host was great and very quick to respond!

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean, loved the decor. Centrally located to places we visited during our stay. Able to get downtown within 5 minutes or so.
