Let your friends join you, as this 117 m2 apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests; and enjoy a magnificent view from the 8th floor of REEHAN 1 Tower.
Let’s tour the place
This beautiful apartment has a cozy interior.
The living room features a large grey sofa bed topped with colorful cushions, two armchairs, a coffee table, a white TV unit with a smart TV, and beautiful decorations all around.
Next to the living room is a wide dining table with 6 chairs, nested near plants and mirrors. This shared living/dining room is naturally well-lit, as it has a large glass door giving access to a private balcony with a table and four chairs, for you to enjoy the morning sun with your coffee.
The kitchen at the apartment is neatly designed with wooden cabinets and granite countertops, as well as hidden LED lights inside the cabinets. It also has a serving hatch to the living room and includes all equipment you might need during your stay such as refrigerator, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, and more.
Inside are the two beautiful bedrooms. One of which includes a large white king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and grey bed covers, a built-in wardrobe, night tables with lamps, a cute rug, a makeup vanity table and a chair topped with a mirror, and wall art. The second bedroom includes two single beds with white linens and grey bed covers, night tables with lamps, makeup vanity table and chair, and beautiful matching cushions.
There’s a total of three bathrooms at the apartment, two of which include a bathtub, a toilet, and a washbasin; the third guest bathroom has a toilet and a washbasin. All three bathrooms have amenities such as cleaning products, toilet papers, soap, shampoo, towels, hair dryer, and more.
The apartment is equipped with safety equipment, such as carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, and first-aid kit. It also has WIFI and air conditioner throughout the space. That, in addition to an iron and a washing machine.

The Tower is part of REEHAN Complex that features eight low-rise buildings; and is famous for its old Arabic architecture and green surroundings. If you’re feeling active, have a swim at the Towers’ swimming pools – which are open to all residents. You can also park your car, during your stay, at your free parking slot in the Tower.
Transport near REEHAN 1:
- BUS STATIONS: Four bus stops within a 5-minute walking distance: Lake Central Tower, South Ridge Tower 1, Burj Khalifa Palace Hotel, and Burj View Central Tower 1.
- METRO STATIONS: The nearest metro stations are: Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa Metro Station, Business Bay Metro Station, and Financial Centre Station; all accessible within a 10-minute drive from REEHAN 1.
