Welcome to...FIRESIDE FUN! This mellow cabin is a Brand-New Luxury Cabin that is flawless and the ideal spot for the upcoming seasons! It is located in beautiful Winding Creek Reserves development of Broken Bow, only minutes away from Hochatown and Broken Bow Lake. It's private and peaceful, with gorgeous views of the hardwood forest and colorful sunsets. The white walls and high ceilings pair perfectly with the splash of color all throughout this stunning getaway.

With 2 King bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a Bunkroom with 2 sets of bunks that have Twin beds over Fulls, this alluring mini palace sleeps 10! Both bathrooms have walk-in showers and plenty of counterspace!

If you're looking for outdoor adventures, you will have neighborhood access to 2 stocked ponds within walking distance of your cabin. You're also only ten minutes to town. Hochatown has zip lining, go carting, a petting zoo, an arcade and lots of restaurants for fun family dinners. Don't forget to take time to enjoy one of our many scenic hiking trails! We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

Housekeeping provides a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:

- 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
- 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
- 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
- 1 roll of paper towels
- 1 bottle of dish soap
- 2 sponges
- 4 dishwasher pods
- 4 tall kitchen garbage bags
- 5 coffee pods
- Coffee grounds for 1 pot of coffee
- Coffee filters
- Small powder creamer
- Small sugar
- Salt/ pepper
- 1 small bottle of laundry soap
- 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
