Summary:
Get away for a few days and enjoy some time in this remodeled studio, just 2 blocks from the heart of it all and wake up, enjoy a cup of coffee from the Keurig coffee maker and go exploring! Afterward, come back and relax in your own private hot tub! Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites. to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit.

Very comfortable stay. I would suggest adding a small dresser for clothing, and a small shelving unit in the bathroom for accessories.

Nice but Hot Tub Issues

The property was overall a pretty great stay, our only complaint was that not all the jets worked in the hot tub. Other than that, would book again!

Close to Main St

Location was great justna short walk to Main St. The only thing that couldnhave been better was the showerr fixture and hit water.

The location is amazing! Very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed, including keurig and refrigerator. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy place

Very comfortable and welcoming place to stay. A close walk to all the shops on Main Street but away from street noise. A plus with the jacuzzi too. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay in the best location!

My husband and I loved our stay here! It was everything we needed and a short walk to Main Street. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect quick get away

Property was perfect! It was walking distance to Main Street, shops and restaurants The studio was perfect for my friend and I. The hot tub worked great and the view of the stars was amazing! Perfect for catch up time with a sweet friend and a some good wine. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Weekend getaway

Very clean and comfy studio. Not too far of a walk to Main Street. Hot tub was nice (I think chemicals were too strong)…but was very relaxing.

Great Location

Great location for walking distance to Main Street, also very clean nice house. Only issue we had was FREEZING cold showers, we could not get the water to be hot all weekend. Also we had some loud neighbors in the room next to us, which is uncontrollable but something to consider if staying here in future.

Great location!

Nice, clean property within walking distance to main street, shops, restaurants, and bars. Hot tub was clean, neighborhood was quiet, plenty of towels in bathroom. Only issue was that the porch light from the the neighboring unit shines right into the property so had to keep leaving notes every time a new person checked in.

Excellent two night birthday getaway

Loved the quarters. Beautifully furnished, super comfortable king bed, large whirlpool bath and shower. Perfect location for enjoying downtown Fredericksburg. Good natural light from windows during the day and from installed lighting at night. Be prepared to climb some stairs.

Great Location, 2 separate "rooms" in the house

We didn't realize that this tiny house was divided into 2 rooms. That wasn't so bad, however, the "neighbor" left their porch light on ALL NIGHT and it was very bright shining into the glass of our doorway. Very disappointing.

It was ok & clean however it needs a remodel or refresh. Paint, & new furniture would do wonders.i can’t remember if it list a hot tub. There was one & it wasn’t clean. It was ok.

Get away

The property was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tubs were not so private, you could see through the fence at the neighbors hot tub and you had to walk out the front door and to the side to get to the hot tub. It was chilly when we stayed and they supply bath robes but they were s/m. The first few days we were the only ones in the whole house and when ithers showed up and we were showing, the water got ice cold and i had to finish my shower in ice water.
