Whether you're on vacation with the family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Just 10 minutes to Bush Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, USF, and Curtis Hixon Park. 15 minutes from the Airport, Downtown Tampa, Florida Aquarium, Ybor City, as well as the International Mall. A 20 minute drive to Amalie Arena, Cruise ports, Hyde Park, Channelside and the University of Tampa. A 30–45-minute drive from Clearwater & St. Pete beach.

This newly renovated tropical retreat includes amenities such as: Pool, Giant Chess, Giant Connect 4, Pool Table, Piano, Grill, Outdoor Dining, Smart TVs and High Speed Internet. Your host has paid attention to every detail of this home to create a great guest experience. Your group will find ample space for dining, with two dining tables (one indoor and one outdoor) and seating for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, silverware, utensils and everything you’ll need to cook and prepare meals for your friends and family. The master bedroom features a king sized bed. In the second bedroom you’ll find a queen size bed and in the third bedroom a bunk bed with a full and two twin size beds. All bedrooms have large closets for storage. The relaxing backyard creates a zen mood for your large group to relax poolside, cook dinner on the grill and then dine with a tropical view, in the privacy of this beautiful outdoor area.

Family Reunion

Such a beautiful home that gave us an opportunity to make some amazing memories!! We had a group of 11 plus a dog and the house came with everything we needed. Beautiful backyard and pool and close to downtown. If youre debating, DON'T book it now!!

Family Fun!

Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. We had a great time playing all of the outdoor games and swimming in the pool. Close to a local park in the Tampa zoo. Plenty of seating to kick back in the evening and watch a comedy together very enjoyable time was had by all.

Summer vaca

The whole family including dogs came and stayed. Nice house and pool in a quiet neighborhood that is in a great location. We did multiple outings through out Tampa and everything is within about a 30 min drive. Had a great stay.

Great house

WWe really enjoyed our stay. The games were a lot of fun. Perfect home for small children or young adults too! Several days of our trip we did not go anywhere. We just stayed in and enjoyed the house and relaxed and enjoyed all the amenities.

Great for families

The house is exactly as described. Very cleaned, comfortable, spacious for our two families of five. Great neighborhood, safe, close to restaurants and 11 minutes away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Island. The kids enjoyed the pool and played out back as well enjoyed hanging out in the hammocks out front. We had a great time inside teaching the kids to play pool. Overall this vacation was a success. Thank you for your hospitality.

Graduation !

The most amazing place for a family reunion or vacation.. Slept 10 people no problem, had plenty of room for everyone to gather both inside and outside.All age groups were entertained and enjoying themselves the whole time. Great location, everything was within 10-20 minutes The host was very friendly and helpful, answered every time I texted and had a question. We will be back, Thank you Bojano Hospitality!

PERFECT for families

The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Beautiful fully fenced yard, pool cleaners that came to take care of us during our week long stay. All amenities just around the corner. The management company was so on it, great communication, and we felt that we were really taken care of the WHOLE time. This house had nice decor, your basics, and TONS of space. Highly recommend!!!

The property was wonderful. We were happy to be there the moment we walked in the door. The house was equipped with everything we really needed and then some! We are already working on a trip back to stay at the property!

Another Vrbo Nightmare

We're reassured that the "pool" most importantly was up to par after the Hurricanes. Shady property management company PERIOD!!! Homeowner was genuinely trying to sell a misrepresented property while the management company was the shady party. Homeowner made an effort to discount 75% per night. Fair but sad all around due to prior "promise"

We were here for a graduation at Saint Leo University. This place was perfect for family and our needs. If i notice anything i would contact the host. Great stay and i would stay here again. It is in an older neighborhood but quiet and very nice.

Sweet and relaxing

For thevprice we paid. This place had alot of space. Staff was very welcoming. Any issues we may of had. They made should to take care of that day. They welcomed my 2 large dogs with no problem. This house was great for having large dogs and easy to hide anything that is breakable from the dogs. We will be returning here in the future.

Unfortunately, from the moment we entered the property the issues started. The couch in the front room was SMALL and stained, pool table was small with broken or warped cue sticks, dining table only had 4 chairs, broken bar stool, kitchen had its share of issues (pots and pans were teflon and had many scratches no serving dishes and minimal silverware, drawers don’t open all the way), living room couch was uncomfortable and worn out, the closet had a lock hanging off the door (they scheduled the handyman for while we were there), beds were very uncomfortable, squeaky and cheap - they creaked so loud if you turned over it would wake you up from a deep sleep. Master bed was like sleeping in a race car bed - it was like sleeping on the floor. Bathrooms need to be deep cleaned. Supplies had to be refilled. We ran out of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, batteries for remotes - and the front door lock stopped working because the batteries ran out (we had to troubleshoot and replace the batteries ourselves). The backyard wasn’t set up but it was the nicest part of this rental. Several notices in the rental said if we weren't giving a 5 star review to not leave any review and to call them. We rented this for a special Christmas get together with our family - but there was NOTHING done to make it special for our family’s Christmas Celebration. Renters beware.

Not what we expected

Overall the property was tolerable based on the fact that we came from a cold weather area, however here are some aspects that could be improved upon: Cleanliness of bathroom floor Functionality of sink was not good (shallow, did not drain and hard to start because it was motion sensored) Night stand in queen bedroom broke as well as face plate in kitchen Holes in bathroom towels as well as dirty spots No dish towels in kitchen and lacked kitchen supplies overall No dresser in queen bedroom No access to closet in bunk room.

Swim meet house

We rented the property for a swim meet at Bobby hicks pool. The pool was about 20 minutes away(without traffic). The house was perfect for the swim kids to unwind after competition. Whether playing in the pool, chess, or corn hole, the amenities were spot on. The reason for the lower rating of cleanliness was the dog poop that was left in the property. We notified the property manager and informed them of the issues. Also the down spout for the shower fell off when we used it. Beside that the house was clean and we felt at home. The property also had a grill, but did not have grilling utensils. There was also no vacuum, so we could not clean up as we go. I would recommend this house for a stay.

Would not book again.

For the amount of money spent in highly disappointed. For starters upon arrival there were two dead roaches, 1 in the kitchen 1 in the dining room. To rent an entire house and have no pots and pans to cook in is insane. No toilet paper. No napkins. And these items can be purchased at the dollar tree for $1.25. The outlets weren’t working in some of the bathrooms. The house is beautiful with a nice backyard. However I would not recommend spending this amount of money for such property. So I don’t recommend.
