Everything has been done, so you can come and relax and have fun, Shell creek is a great fishing river and leads out to Port Charlotte harbor. So you can bring your boat and leave it at one of our guest docks.
The property is just a short 6 mile drive to downtown Punta Gorda if you want to hit the restaurants or all of the downtown activities. Also just 3 miles for Pickleplex, one of the best places to play pickleball in the area.
If you have a larger group you can rent multiple rooms, we have 11 units that are all waterfront units and designed similar.

Mistake Booking!

Outside of condo is in very poor shape and quality. Parking area is dirt/gravel/ grass with very poor street lighting. No street sign to locate condo. Outside looks like an inter city ghetto. Inside-poor quality of finish work; however, the condo was very clean. Outside doors have big gaps in the door molding, permitting a wind flow all of the time. Will not stay there ever again.

These cottages are cute. We reserved 2 for ourselves and family and could not be more satisfied. We will definitely be staying there again in the future!

The condo had all the necessities and was very clean. Kayaks were provided but it was raining and on the cool side while we were there.

Great getaway

We stayed at this property for 1 month. It was clean and safe. We enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying the river and the nice weather. The bed was very comfortable. I would recommend this property to others.

Short trip

Just needed somewhere to stay while I was visiting my fiancé and family. It was perfect for that! Super quiet, as a solo traveler I felt safe and just an over nice area. Not many places to go eat that are super close but a perfect kitchen and outdoor area to cook!!! I would stay here again for sure.

Peaceful stay

We arrived around 9pm and at first our door code didn’t work. The host replied almost immediately and we were able to get in. The place was very well kept and nice. It has all the amenities you could need. The best part was that it was on a creek and the view was great. We had plenty of hot water for our family to take showers, since it is a tankless water heater. Definitely recommend.

Punta Gorda quick trip

The property was pleasant on the inside ......all i needed. I expected more of a traditional condo experience and this one was different. Everything about it worked nicely for me and it was quiet. If you like kayaking , you have the ability to do so. Overall I was very satisfied

Great Stay. Convenient location.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Loved being on the water. Did see the back of a manatee once so that was a little exciting. Convenient to Punta Gorda and shopping. All the amenities were there for us. Everything was very clean. Very new. The staff was wonderful. The usage of the washer and dryer and the extra supplies if needed Were greatly appreciated. Would definitely stay there again. The way it is set up we could bring our wheelchair-bound child. Which is not always available for us. We had a great time!

It Wasn't Up To Snuff

I have pictures, but couldn't upload them. The livingroom was limited to a VERY uncomfortable hide-a-bed couch and a chair with no arms...not a place to relax and watch TV. When I walked into the bathroom, a black metal piece had fallen off the back wall and laid on the shower floor. One of the wall towel hooks was laying on the sink and there was no water when I turned the hot water handle. No hand towel, so we brought paper towels in.In the bedroom and the hallway, the sliding doors had no handles and wouldn't slide and kept falling off the tracks.The window to see the view was half-covered by a bush and hadn't been cleaned for a long period of time, so we were looking through dirt and a bush to an amazing view we could have had.No basic cleaning supplies...a broom, dustpan, disinfectant spray for a multiple day stay. There was a nasty used sponge left by the kitchen sink that had been used by former guests.The amenity of the dock was unusable (which was not mentioned when booking).We did not get what we paid for and will not return. My husband's birthday trip was a big disappointment .
