This Pet Friendly 2 BR/2 BA rustic home is the perfect location for the seclusion you seek during your stay in Sedona. Enjoy incredible views from different balconies. Read,or meditate in the sun room. From a safe distance, you can enjoy watching the Javelinas, Coyotes, Deer, Elk, Quail, Roadrunners and a variety of birds that frequent the property.

This spacious home has a total of 2 bedrooms for you and your guests. The property has three separate balconies where you can relax and take in all the beautiful scenery. The driveway has space for up to four vehicles. Javelinas are known to come by and hang out in the front yard. The Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed and Smart TV with cable and all apps. The Master Bedroom also has its own private balcony to enjoy the scenery with that special person in your life. The 2ND Bedroom has a King Size Bed, Flat Screen T.V., skylight to enjoy the natural light in the day, or to be in awe of the stars at night. Living room has a 55" Smart TV with cable, HBO, all the sports that you desire, Netflix and Disney plus.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with fresh linens and towels. A washer and dryer is available for guest use free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, as well as all the cookware, dishware, utensils, glassware, wine glasses and an abundant amount of counter space needed to prep and cook fantastic meals at home with your loved ones.
Kitchen is an Open Floor Plan and is perfect for entertaining. Main Deck off Kitchen provides outdoor dining with beautiful views of Cathedral Rock. Stargazing at night off Main Deck is breathtaking, they are so close you feel like you can touch the stars.
Children of all ages are welcome, as well as your dogs and cats. There is a $125 Pet Cleaning Fee per visit as the property gets a deep clean to remove all pet dander so each new guest who may suffer from allergies is not affected. There is a fenced in dog run located outside the laundry room door.

Guest access
You have access to the entire Main Home Upstairs, Private enclosed Jacuzzi, Patio and Dog Run. The Jacuzzi is not shared at all, you have complete private access to it. Once inside you will see a staircase that leads to the downstairs In-Law Unit which is sealed off permanently with No Access from either side. The In-Law Unit downstairs is completely separate from the upstairs home and is occasionally occupied by the Host. You share no common spaces inside the home at all. The Main House is completely Private and for your use only.

Guest Parking is in front of the Garage Door. There is no garage access because there is no garage.

Other things to note
The original homeowner who built the house says that it was built on land that is sitting on the Cathedral Rock Vortex. The energy of the house is truly one of a kind. Many previous guests have been amazed at how staying at the house is an experience they will always remember. Buddhist monks have stayed at the home in the past and they all commented on the tremendously powerful positive energy that the house radiates to its' guests.

The wildlife around the house is unique as well. If you're an early bird you will probably see the coyotes playing in the front yard while they wait for the Javelinas to arrive. This property has become more like a Wildlife Sanctuary where the Wildlife are regular visitors who come to play or rest because they feel safe here. Javelinas and Coyotes live harmoniously on the property as you can see in the photos. A slice of Heaven for one and all.
