This rental was charming and comfortable - just what we were looking for in a place to stay in Milwaukee with our Golden Lab mix Sadie. The fenced in backyard was a nice bonus, though Sadie preferred walking the neighborhood on leash and sniffing all the smells. Nicely equipped kitchen for a small space. We used it for morning coffee and breakfast as well as lunch one day. Would definitely stay here again as owner was quick to respond to inquiries and check-in and check-out were easy.

Spent weekend here for a show downtown and a brewers game! Wonder place and location. Home has a very quiet vibe and feel! We did not travel with pets but the house is pet friendly and you can tell little dog hairs left around the space but nothing that caused allergies!

I wish I could give 2 reviews because it was beautiful and cozy, BUT there are more reasons for a lower rating: 1)the parking situation was not disclosed properly on the listing and caused unnecessary stress;2)the laundry facilities were listed as amenities but once we got there, the renters notebook said they were only to be used if you “NEED” them and the washing machine’s lid was not attached;3)they need to fix the wooden step in the garage (when I stepped on it,it tipped away from the wall and I fell);4)one of the smoke detectors is not intact (bedroom closest to the bathroom);5) they should be willing to provide more toilet paper, or at least mention on the site that they only provide a starter pack, especially for longer stays;6) their communication should be much more professional and timely, especially for being in the hospitality business. After we left, they requested an additional payment of 100 saying the trashcan lid was missing and for supplies taken; we had moved the trashcan lid to the top of the refrigerator just so we wouldn’t need to deal with the automatic lid opening and closing, and forgot to put it back on. Rather than assuming we had taken it, they should have sent a message just asking first. I replied back with where it was and then the request was cancelled, but then we were accused of having a late checkout. They said we left at noon, when we walked out the door just after 5am.

In the garage—We had only inches at the front and back of our car (4-door camry); anything bigger would not have fit, which is not disclosed in the listing

Excellent Property

My wife, two friends, and I were in town for Summerfest. The home was excellent. No issues at all. Would definitely recommend staying here if going to a Brewers game or Summerfest. Easy 10-minute drive to downtown.

Weekend Getaway: Cute and Cozy

The quaint and well kept property served our needs well and had everything we needed. It was very clean and had cute added touches throughout the home. We were greeted with an anniversary card and champagne too! However.. 1 issue we ran across was the AC was fickle but eventually we were able to get the kinks worked out, unfortunately on one of the hottest days. Overall though, everything was very nice and we had a great stay!

It’s a great place for baseball

It’s a quick walk to the Brewers game and not far from downtown. There were some discrepancies with the listing check in and checkout times, but host honored what was on the listing. Beautiful little home with everything we needed - I absolutely wanted to take the bench by the front door home with me!

Milwaukee Mile Stay

Cute, cozy, well decorated cottage with fenced backyard for dogs. Proximity to entertainment & restaurants were within an easy walk. Neighbors very friendly.

A very comfortable place that is conveniently located.

We were visiting Milwaukee for the first time. This VRBO property certainly enhanced our enjoyment of our stay. It is very comfortable, and attractively decorated. It was easy to drive to various sites in the area from there. Donece reliably responded quickly to the few questions we had.

Great place to stay

The property was wonderful to stay at for a Brewers game. We were able to walk to the stadium and also to the mad rooster which was delicious. Place was nice and as described.

Nice neighborhood/location

We had a great stay! The location was close to downtown, yet it is on a quiet residential street. Would definately book again! Miss Thomas (host) is very sweet!

Lovely Milwaukee cottage perfect for my tiny furry family. I appreciate the thoughtful cozy details—snacks! shower baskets! Host was quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern. Will book again!
