Master Bedroom 1 (upstairs): King mattress, private bathroom, and extra large terrace with sitting area .

Bedroom 2: Queen mattress, Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Queen mattress, Jack and Jill style bathroom.

Bedroom 4 (upstairs): King mattress, spacious bathroom with a deep soaking tub, balcony access, and more.

Bedroom 5 : queen-size mattresses, room amenities.

1. Smoking is allowed outside only. Ashtrays are provided please use them. Zero tolerance with Smoking inside the house. If anything is found in property, the owner reserves the right to forfeit the entire damage deposit. Smoking inside the house is a $ 1,000.00 Fine penalty !

2. Any gathering of more than 15 guests will be the loss of entire Security deposit and cancellation of the remainder of the Stay. Parties are expressly forbidden.

3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m. No DJs and/or band are allowed on property.

4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order

6. Only use appliances for their intended uses

7. PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.

8. Garbage: Any garbage must be stored in the proper garbage, located at the side of the house by the Driveway. Regular garbages ( Green Bins ) are picked up on Monday and Thursday early morning please put the Bins out the night before. Failure in putting out bins, causing excess trash and bulk pick up may incur a $100 fee per bin.

9. Pool: When using the Pool, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. The pool company comes every Mondays and Thursdays mostly before noon. Swim at your own risk. We decline all responsibilities. After 9PM please be mindful of the local noise / Neighbors ordinance when using Pool and Jacuzzi.

10. Do not set the A/C below 70 degrees as this can result in damage to the unit, which the tenant will be liable for. Please keep doors closed at all times!

11. Cameras: For insurance purposes, there are cameras outside around the house. In case of any incident, the owner reserve the right to use the images for the claim.

12. Sub-renting is strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.

13. Photo or video shoots are strictly prohibited without written approval from Management.

14. No street parking allowed at all times. Parking only on the property. Maximum cars 3


Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring
Please note that this home has 8 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on angles of the exterior / Outside of the property. Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels. Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties. Note, all aforementioned data, is not stored, and/or deleted when no longer needed.

Great experience!

I had to book this property for a group of 10 for my sisters bachelorette a day and a half out, as our other property had to cancel. Communication was great once I had it booked, and we even had a concierge who helped get the fridge and pantry pre-stocked with our groceries which was incredibly helpful! The house matched the listing perfectly, and even had a lot of extra things which we used! The tableware was gorgeous for our in house dinner the last night, and even included chargers. They had everything we needed and the house was just perfect for the trip- everyone loved it and there was plenty of space for the 10 of us inside and in the backyard. My only note is that the front door was a little bit confusing, and it would be nice to have clear lock/unlock instructions with check in info (I’m sure they would have provided it if I had asked and it really was no issue).Overall I had a great experience and the location was great for the quality of the house, service, and price! I would highly recommend this property!
