House rules include respecting the neighbors, furniture and no parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.
ACCESS CARDS:
The provided Access and parking cards are to be returned upon check out. In the event of loss or damage to the card the amount of AED350/per card will be claimed from the guest.
LICENSES & FEES:
This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).
Due to local laws, we will need a copy of your passport before you arrive to register you as a guest with the Dubai Tourism Department.
Please note that as per Local Laws and Regulations, a guest will be charged a Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 10 per night.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING:
Cleaning Fee included in the reservation is for the check-out cleaning after your stay.
If you require cleaning during your stay or linen and towel changes, this can be provided at an extra cost. Please contact us to book the service or request the quotes.
