Situated a block from the Malecon and the beach!- Beautifully decorated studio space for 2 with sitting area & kitchen for meals. The only drawback is there's a lot of stairs required to get to your unit. Not recommended for mobility issues. As a result it's priced economically and is a comfortable private little casa to stay.
Rooftop seating under wood-thatched palapa to see a lot of Progreso & beautiful ocean view- Near restaurants, shops, OXXO, Centro Progreso, sights & easy day-trip access for tours. This authentic Mexican-style studio apartment, Casita Paraiso with a private 600 sq ft patio will be a nice welcome to the Mayan culture! You'll be just a block from the Malecon promenade and the beach! It is a very comfortable and cheerful and private casita (“little house”)
And it's priced if you are on a budget. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with all you’ll need to prepare or reheat meals. There’s a new refrigerator, a coffee maker, kettle, portable stove, and toaster oven, blender and microwave.
-The bedroom is delightfully decorated and colorful, with ceiling fan and AC for comfort, a dresser, large closet & Smart TV w/Netflix. Plus there is a sitting area to watch TV and a great bar-like table to enjoy a meal or use as a if you are working remotely as a workspace.
Experience high-speed Internet inside as well as the pool area and throughout the property.
The bathroom is spacious with a sink, toilet, shower, and even a bidet.
You also have a safety deposit box for your valuables.
Your private outdoor patio area has cozy tiled ceramic table and loungers to enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the pool and garden courtyard.
In addition, you have access to the shared spaces at the complex:-
The large rooftop with a huge wooden palapa provides a shaded area and plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze and views of the ocean and much of Progreso!! Enjoy a meal at the table or a sunset cocktail while watching the sunset.
The beautiful garden courtyard has shaded seated under a cement palapa beside the pool and is surrounded by mature palm trees .

Only registered guests are allowed in the pool and rooftop. No overnight visitors or pets.
No parties. Quiet time begins at 10:00 p.m.
