Dark at night

Excellent, But the stairs at night were only lit part of the time making it hazardous when lights were out. no control of stair lights from downstairs unit.

Lovely clean cabin

It was overall very lovely. Outside of Jellystone Park. AC works amazing! (Neighbors are piling up trash and wood next door) It was Up a flight of stairs to go down 2 flights with all your stuff was a lot for travel with little kids, their things and a cooler. Need to bring coffee filters, no pool or grill site.

Not what we expected

The first impression of this place was off putting as the owner had never given me check in instructions other than the address. I reached out to her first through chat, and received no response, I called and she apologized, and 25 minutes later set me up with a code to enter the unit (check in was at 3, and we didn’t get inside the unit until 4) however; the code only worked for the outside door, and not the inside one. I waited again for another 5 minutes, and she reset it. Once we entered it did not smell clean, and the signs posted in the place were odd, and not welcoming at all. The bed was rock hard, and small. The living room smelt bad. Thankfully my mom has a cabin not too far away from the property, and we weren’t at the rental too much. Also this unit, “unit B” is the bottom floor, underneath another rental unit, and the people upstairs were walking around stomping until 230 in the morning. The second might, my daughter and I stayed at my mom’s cabin because I got no sleep the night before. The unit felt dirty (the blinds are all busted, the floor looked dirty, there were wrappers in the second bedroom) old and not welcoming (hand written signs stating not to open the blinds) and the shower was creaky ((my husband thought he was going to fall through the tub floor when he moved as it creaks every move you make)). This was by far the worst VRBO experience.
