The place was awesome! We loved the location--nice and quiet. Convenient walking distance from 2-3 restaurants and bars and a grocery store. We really loved sitting one the porch every day and relaxing. The place was well maintained and had everything we needed! We also enjoyed using the bicycles--it was really convenient to have them. Thank you for the great accommodations! If we come back to visit our sister, we will definitely be staying here again.
MY NEW LOVE!!
Where should I start? How about the beginning?! Right off the bat, the owner (Julie) contacted me to find out what I was looking to do while I was in her beautiful home. She made herself readily available and provided me with the contact of the person (Melissa) who would be welcoming my friend and I to Reva's Pearl. Melissa was quick to return my message when I reached out to her, she was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The home is so beautiful and encompasses all that is charming about being in the tropics, the wood alone is an experience in and of itself. The neighbor, Brian, was very welcoming. He introduced us to the neighborhood parrot and gave us crackers so that we could try to coax him to our porch. We tried but to no avail. The bikes were a great touch, we rode the heck out of them. We trekked into the village on our first day and thoroughly enjoyed the ride. It was a bit ambitious of us though as neither my friend nor myself fancy ourselves bicyclists or exercise enthusiasts. That being said, if we can do it, so can you! At first, I thought I had made a mistake renting a place so far away from the village (about 8 miles) but quickly realized I had made the perfect choice. Enjoying the buzz of the village is great but if you stay there too, it's difficult to escape the busy noises of night life and general sense of peace and quiet is not as easy to find. Reva's Pearl was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the natural sounds of our surroundings. We had a few meals at Mango's which was great because it was walking distance from the house. The beach is right there and it's not as populated as the beaches in the village so we felt like it was all ours. The veranda is where we spent most of our time, it is nicely shaded but it also gets sun if and when you want it. The washer and dryer was an extra bonus, not many places offer that luxury so we felt very fortunate to have access offered to us. I have found a new home away from home and I WILL BE BACK!! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful piece of paradise with me and my friend, Julie and Doug!

I have so enjoyed "working" with you to make your stay and vacation the best it could be. You are welcome back anytime. And yup, the village is a bit away but the area the house is in speaks for itself!
Thank You for your kind words.
