Modern and comfortable 2 BHK. Each bedroom is equipped with ACs, queen beds, high TC sheets and a soft orthopedic mattresses. The hall also has AC and is fitted with a sofa bed.
It has a large living room with a 43 inch SmartTv and a workspace. The flat gets a lot of natural light and has been decorated with a minimal sensibility.
The flat also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, fresh coffee grounds and teas.

The apartment is 50 square meters (540 sq. foot) and is made up of 2 bedrooms, one living room with an open kitchen and three bedrooms.
Both rooms and the living room have an AC. There are 3 western style toilets, all with showers. The flat has a living space, a work station and a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room has a sofa, and a convertible sofa that turns into a queen bed. The apartmenent can comfortably welcome 6 guests.
Please note our building has a lift, and this flat is on the third floor.

We are a team of professional Airbnb hosts, available for you every day from 8AM to midnight!
Our building is set in Vile Parle, between Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Airport and Juhu Beach. We are located in a small quaint lane inside an residential neighborhoud.
Uber/Ola are available at our location. Alternatively auto-rickshaws can be found on the main road, a minute walk away.
Before you reach the house please make sure you make note of the following:
* No smoking indoors.
* No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.
*As per government norms we request guests to submit an ID proof photo (front and back) after booking confirmation.
* For our long-term guests, please note we change bed linens only once a week. Fresh towels are provided every three days.
* No parties allowed. Please note our building is equipped with CCTV cameras, any unregistered guests presence or loud music being played will result in an automatic and immediate cancellation of the booking without refund. Airbnb and local authorities will also be notified on the spot.
* Quiet time after 11 p.m. Our neighbourhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and do not make loud noise between 11 pm and 8 am.
* We request all guests to check in or out during the day, and not very late at night or during very early hours of the morning. Please contact me if you would like more information on this, before making your booking.
* Breakfast or other meals are not included. Swiggy/Zomato do deliver at the house or you can use the fully furnished kitchen to prepare your own meals.
* We do not have car parking.
* Our building is in a small lane where four wheelers cannot enter. If you are coming by car, the last 50 meters have to be made walking!
* All informations to reach the house, directions, caretaker’s contact details, house guide and a local guide will be share one day prior to your arrival.
