The property is 12 minutes to downtown Asheville, world class restaurants, The Biltmore Estate, Winery, Harrah Center, the Asheville Outlets and the charming small mountain town of Black Mountain. Asheville Mall, access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and grocery stores are just 6 minutes. Within 25 minutes are the North Carolina Arboretum, world class hiking and mountain biking trails, multiple breweries, Chimney Rock and Lake Lure.
The house has a covered 240 sq ft deck with beautiful year-round views of the Craggy Mountains situated on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It boasts 3 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 beautifully appointed queen bedrooms. The home is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises. The Homeowners shall not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest
