The new Live Casino is coming to Petersburg! Roll the dice, stay & play in this beautiful 3-bedroom townhome. Perfect for weekend, weekly and monthly stays. This home is nestled in a quiet transitioning neighborhood centrally located to Fort Gregg-Adams, Virginia State University, downtown Petersburg, Southpark Mall, Bon Secours Southside Medical Center and the LEGO Factory. The bedrooms feature a pleasant mix of a queen bed, full bed, and bunk bed. In addition to a cozy living room with a pullout sofa, guests can enjoy amenities like a washer and dryer, AC, and WiFi. With a hair dryer provided, your stay will be nice and convenient. Enjoy all that Petersburg has to offer when you stay at our place.

HVAC didn’t work house was hot had to use window units. House looks nothing like in the pictures. Wouldn’t recommend.

A bargain for folks wanting access to Richmond activities.

The property was clean and comfortably spacious. Plenty of seating for family game night and meals. We were pleased to find a number of lovely local restaurants, and everything we wanted to do was within a 35 min drive. Perfect for a short family trip.Light sleepers might have trouble with the sound of trains, and the beds were a touch on the firm side for my back, but entirely within standard variation. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable.Only tough thing was that the lawn crew showed up on Saturday morning during our checkout, and we had to move our vehicle and work around the noise and bustle. Anyone wanting to sleep in late on Saturday morning would also have had this to contend with.

Miserable

I can’t recall a more unpleasant overall experience with a VRBO. I only stayed one night of the 3 night stay I booked because the air conditioner did not work in the sweltering heat, and I felt unsafe in this neighborhood.There were window air units that I tried using but they never caught up with the high temperature in the house when we arrived, and the coolest it ever got down to was 81.Even checking in was made difficult because the property owner gave us the wrong code, and even after she realized her error there was no apology for her tone, even though our difficulties were 100% her fault.The neighborhood, quite frankly, did not feel safe. There were sirens and people arguing loudly outside at all hours of the (sleepless) night. We were offered no type of partial refund, or even an apology of any sort.I highly recommend avoiding this property, and this property owner, at all cost.This was, by far, the worst all around experience I’ve ever had with a VRBO property.It was a very expensive and painful lesson learned.

I chose the neighborhood because it’s located in close proximity to the future home of the new Live Casino, coming soon! The neighborhood quiet and safe transitioning neighborhood that openly welcomes guests. My goal was to bring more people to Petersburg and allow them the ability to feel safe and secure. The property is less than 7 minutes away from the police station, a short walk or drive away from the new Live Casino, downtown Petersburg ,Virginia State University, only a few minutes away from local hospitals, Southpark Mall, Fort Gregg-Adams, the future Lego facility and tons of delicious eateries!
