Welcome to my chill condo retreat for 5 guests! Enjoy 2 cozy bedrooms with queen & full beds and a comfy twin bed in the den. Two bathrooms offer a relaxing tub and a refreshing shower. Unwind with the Smart TV, high-speed internet, and in-unit washer/dryer. Step onto your private balcony with outdoor seating while taking advantage of the dedicated parking spot. Pure comfort and convenience await!

Parking Note: This unit includes parking, but you'll need the keys inside the unit to access your designated spot. I recommend paying $0.50 to park on the street in front of the building to avoid a ticket or having someone stay with the vehicle while you retrieve the keys.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit. Please, make yourself at home.

➤ Availability of free dedicated underground parking (1 spot).

You're also within walking distance of the city's top attractions, including the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium, and Scotiabank Arena, perfect for catching a game or concert. Nearby, King Street West offers an exciting nightlife scene, with trendy bars, lounges, and world-class dining options.

Everything you need is close by, from grocery stores and coffee shops to vibrant entertainment districts. Whether you're exploring the best of the city or enjoying a quiet moment by the water, this location puts you right where you want to be.

Walking – Many top attractions, restaurants, and shops are within a short stroll, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

Public Transit – Streetcars and buses are steps away, connecting you to Union Station, the subway, and the rest of Toronto with ease.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 17 to 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.

Please take a moment to go over my booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.

1. There is no front desk as this is a house property. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9 pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third-party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for the next guests.

6. Please note that check-out time is by 11 am. I often accommodate late check-outs if I know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in a $50 charge per each additional half-hour stay.

7. All bookings require the Primary guest's photo ID and the complete names of the guests above 18 years of age.
