The Space:
Note: Pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day

To abide by all legal requirements and community rules, you WILL asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.
Important note: The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old. No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. There is an age requirement of 25 years old for locals.
Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day.
Especially when it's hot, Louisville does have bugs. We do regular pest control and we can have someone come out if you do see anything. Please be aware the unit being in the state of Kentucky there may be pests like roaches, ants or other bugs. We hire professional pest control to take care of this.
Guest Access:
You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.
COVID-19 amenities update: The building amenities are currently open. We always comply with local health and safety measures, which continue to evolve, so we recommend contacting us before your stay to check the latest status.
The Neighborhood:
The apartment is situated in a quiet and newly developed area in a convenient location near downtown, NULU and many of the best areas in Louisville
Getting Around:
We recommend driving near and in Louisville proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
