Summary:
Welcome to the Westside Splendor! Our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home can sleep up to 10! We have spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor patio space, and a ping-pong table! Conveniently located in the Chapel Hill/Ben Davis area, so we're a quick 10 mins drive to Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Airport, and only 20 mins to downtown! From Lucas Oil Stadium, to the Zoo, to White River State Park, Indy has something for everyone! We are pet-friendly and would love to host you!
The Space:
Guests will enter the home through the front door. Once inside, you will be greeted by the foyer, where you can drop your belongings and begin relaxing! Taking the small staircase upstairs, you will find the living room on your right side. You will find a cozy queen-sleeper sofa, additional seating, and a large Smart TV! Just past the living room is the dining room with a farmhouse table and bench seating and the fully-equipped kitchen, ready to help make any meals you wish!
There are four bedrooms in our house. The first three are on the left side of the upper room. The first and third bedrooms have a queen bed, and the second has a king bed. Each room features a luggage rack to store your belongings during your stay. You will find one shared full bathroom upstairs. The last bedroom is downstairs on the right side of the home. Through the barn doors, you will find a queen bed and a ping-pong table!
Don't forget to check out the large patio with a table and chairs in our backyard, perfect for relaxing on cool summer nights!
NOTE: the yard is only partially fenced.

The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in. Guests will have full and private access to the home.
The Neighborhood:
This is a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are readily available, but we recommend driving.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
