The Casita at Rio De Los Sueños is a self-contained retreat that blends comfort with Hill Country charm. Elevated on the second floor, it features a spacious living area with hardwood floors, a flat-screen TV, and French doors that open to a large balcony—perfect for sipping morning coffee, enjoying evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings.
A fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook and settle in, while two bedrooms—a primary with a king-size bed and a second with two queen beds—offer space and privacy for families or small groups. Just outside, a private walking path leads directly from the Casita to the river, where guests can wade, relax, or let little ones explore.
The Casita is located next to the main house on the property, which may be occupied by other guests during your stay.

Step outside and take your own private path down to the Blanco River—a great little spot for wading, skipping rocks, and letting kids roam and explore. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. You will receive a code for keyless check 2 days before your arrival. We are only able to offer an early check in if there is not a booking before yours as it takes time for our cleaners to prepare and restock the home for each stay. For this reason, we are also not able to offer a late check out when we have guests checking in the same day.
GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT: We kindly ask all guests to sign a separate rental agreement after booking. This helps us protect both you and our property, making sure everything is in order for your stay. We’ve kept the agreement simple and straightforward, and we’re happy to answer any questions you might have about it.
CLEANLINESS: We put our heart and soul into ensuring the space is sparkling clean and ready for your stay! We invite you to make yourself at home and show our space the same love and care you would your own. WELL & SEPTIC: Our home offers the charm of rural living with the convenience of proximity to local attractions. As we rely on well and septic systems, we gently remind guests to be mindful when using sinks and bathrooms. For those not accustomed to well water, you might occasionally notice a sulfur scent. Rest assured, this is completely harmless, and our filters and water softeners are designed to minimize any odors, although a hint of it may still linger at times.
CRITTERS: Our house is in the beautiful Texas countryside, and like many homeowners around here, we have regular pest control to keep critters and bugs at bay. However, every now and then, a few might sneak in. It's pretty rare, but we just wanted to give you a heads-up that it's part of country living!
DAMAGE PROTECTION: Your booking includes coverage for accidental damage during your stay, because we understand that sometimes things happen. We kindly ask that you let us know if anything does, so we can take care of repairs or replacements as needed.
