Parking Rules: Village Walk

1) 4 spaces are available.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by New Wave Vacation Rentals

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other VW Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

Properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
VILLAGE WALK
1. Minimum age of 25 is mandatory for property rental.
2. Upon confirming your reservation, we'll email you a rental contract outlining our policies, rules, and expectations. Please review and sign it before your arrival to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
3. Parties or events are not permitted.
4. For every parking space on the property, New Wave will supply 4 parking tags that should be visibly placed on the windshield. (Golf Cart Accessible)
5. No Pets Allowed

- Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Pool hours: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Pets are prohibited in swimming pool areas.
