The newly-built house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the eastern shore of Viaredssjön.

The ground floor has a big, rustic kitchen with all amenities, as well as a fireplace. In the evenings you can enjoy the big living room, with comfortable sofas, furniture and an entertainment system.
