Villa Santa Maria es una histórica casa de campo siciliana del siglo XVII con su propia piscina privada y cancha de tenis. Este singular edificio almenado está flanqueado por torres circulares a cada lado. Alquilamos la planta baja bellamente decorada, que es extremadamente espaciosa y puede alojar hasta 8 personas. Los huéspedes pueden relajarse en la piscina para su uso exclusivo o disfrutar del exótico jardín mediterráneo que lo rodea a la sombra de un antiguo olivo. La piscina mide 12 x 6 metros, tiene escalones hacia el extremo poco profundo y está revestida de mosaico. Cuando la temperatura baja, la cancha de tenis flanqueada por jardines formales frente a la villa ofrece diversión para toda la familia. Tres acres de terrenos bordeados por cipreses y pinos mediterráneos también incluyen olivares y una torre de vigilancia del siglo XVI.

Santa María: ingresa a Santa María a través de un hermoso camino bordeado de palmeras y buganvillas. Una puerta masiva conduce a un hermoso patio con pórticos y estatuas y un pozo de mármol en el centro. Toda la villa es un oasis de paz y tranquilidad, a la sombra de altas palmeras, cipreses y pinos. La espaciosa planta baja, recientemente restaurada con un alto nivel de lujo, es completamente privada. El comedor con chimenea se abre a un jardín amurallado con 100 cítricos, una fuente que atrae a una gran variedad de pájaros y una terraza pavimentada donde los huéspedes pueden cenar bajo los naranjos y limoneros. La piscina privada se encuentra en un jardín mediterráneo cuidadosamente plantado por los actuales propietarios. Buganvilla, adelfa, frangipani, datura, jazmín, hibisco y lavanda son solo algunas de las plantas que florecen durante los meses de verano.
Los copropietarios de la propiedad (que hablan inglés) que viven en el último piso de la villa, están disponibles para recibir ayuda y asesoramiento. La entrada a su apartamento es desde el patio principal y separada de la planta baja.
